General Matthew "Zombeh Matt" Hargreaves is the main antagonist of the Zombeh Attack trilogy within the animated web series Eddsworld.
He is actually Matt who was bitten by a Zombeh in the first part of the trilogy and soon became the leader of the Zombehs. In Zombeh Attack 2, he seems to have enough of being a zombeh and decided to take the necronomicon to have his soul rest in peace, but Tord has taken the opportunity and Matt chose to be the leader of zombehs again in Zombeh Attack 3.
He is voiced by Matt Hargreaves.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- After being infected by a zombeh, he alongside the zombehs tried to attack Tom, Edd and the latter and managed to infect Tord, leaving him to be nearly put in a fate worse than death as he would have been stuck as a zombie forever had he not retrieved theNecronomicon
- He eats a person while going with Tom to get the Necronomicon and is said to have eaten more people before that.
- He eats another person in Zombeh Attack 3 just because he said he looks terrible.
- He uses his army to fight Edd and Tom, and caused multiple deaths, including Edd and Tom who will either die or turn into zombehs.
- He created and led a zombeh army of his own, and because of he was responsible for spreading the zombeh apocalypse across his country and possibly the entire world.
- While he doesn't have high onscreen kill counts compare to the series' main characters, he stands out for causing a large-scale zombeh apocalypse that ultimately causes the death of multiple lives, makes him unique in the series.
- Unlike other characters in Eddsworld who are heavily played for laughs, Zombeh Matt is taken seriously most of his onscreen time.
- Although Matt was seemingly turned into normal after Zombeh Matt's demise, it happens as either Matt's original personality or the timeline of the series was changed or reversed.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- His origin is somewhat tragic, as he was turned into a zombeh against his will (although he has chosen evil in Zombeh Attack 3), and only want his soul to be rest in peace, but Tord have taken the opportunity and Matt remains a zombeh (even if this is relatively minor due to the amount of things he has done throughout the trilogy).
- Although he's taken seriously most of the time, he still has some comedic moments that detract from his villainy, such as his comedic defeat and the moment that he says "BOOGITY BOOGITY BRAINS!" in the last scene of Zombeh Attack 3.
