His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Helped Makarov in the war by supplying him chemical weapons that were spread throughout the cities of Europe, killing at least thousands to millions of people.
- When the Delta Force found him, he defended himself and then tried to escape with the soldiers with him.
- Shows to be a coward, as after into his interrogation he ratted out everything he knew about Makarov's whereabouts.
- While the Modern Warfare Heinous Standards are high, Volk easily passes for killing populations on Makarov's behalf and his own while having very low resources.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He lacks characterization, as his only line in the game is him demanding Sandman to get off him. However, his intentions of helping Makarov conquer all of Europe are made absolutely clear, so this is a minor prevention.
