Hi, I'm here to do my first removal on a character i started to propose on this wiki, but looking back now, i realized that the truth has been revealed about heinousness issues. I got permission from ZorLink21 to do this which the same thing happens by asking him for permission to make her proposal last two months ago, funnily enough.
Also, i'd like to apologize that i did not feel like making her removal the very last two days, because i asked ZorLink21 to delete the blog post which i was feeling very stressed and nervous of doing it back at two days ago, so i decided to be back on doing this and i hope to not get stressed out because i was thinking about her having one prevention, but no, i now realize i was kinda wrong, so minor setback. Anyways, onto the removal.
What's the Work?
DuckTales is an American animated television series, developed by Matt Youngberg and Francisco Angones, and produced by Disney Television Animation. The series is a reboot of the original 1987 series of the same name, itself an adaptation of Uncle Scrooge and other Duck universe comic books created by Carl Barks, which focused on the lives of Scrooge McDuck and his family as they engaged in a variety of adventures around the world, as well as in the fictional city of Duckburg. The reboot itself focuses on newer elements and deeper character stories, including a greater involvement of Donald Duck.
Who Is She? What Has She Done?
Black Heron is one of the secondary antagonists in the 2017 DuckTales reboot. She is the second-in-command and co-founder of the notorious criminal organization FOWL as well as the longtime archenemy of Bentina Beakley. She is also the right hand of Bradford Buzzard.
She was indirectly responsible for turning Bradford into a heinous villain and eliminate anything unpredictable and take over the world for FOWL.
Why Doesn't She Count?
I think i should be more clear what the main reason why she can't be NPE is because of...
''failing the heinous standards to somebody who fails to stand out on their own.'' Yes, i said it.
So when i propose her for NPE thinking about her qualifying, it comes to my information that some people despite not voting no on here during my first proposal except for one user while two users voted yes when she was approved, have noticed that Black Heron failed to stand out to Bradford who himself also fails the heinous standards to Taurus Bulba and General Lunaris. I should've listened some more while ignoring the fact that she shouldn't be up for removal.
Now lets be honest here, we all know that she was the one indirectly responsible for influencing his boss to become more evil and more heinous, attempting to kill Donald and Della when they were children or assisting Bradford's plan to erase hundreds of people from existence who were connected to adventure as while she does pass the baseline for her actions, Black Heron herself also fails to meet the standard in relation to Bradford who fails to meet the standard himself as her worst crime involved helping Bradford's plan, but she was not a key player and her actions were not as bad as his or other major villains in the series. Considering the fact that she committed some crimes before meeting Bradford, they rely on fridge horror which were not revealed, like planning to build an army of superpowered soldiers and have them cause mass destruction which was not made clear which she almost came close passing the standards since it's off-screen.
As for her boss, Bradford does fail to meet the heinous standards because he doesn't use the vast resources at his disposal to full potential, which makes his crimes less heinous compared to other villains like Taurus Bulba or General Lunaris, who have fewer resources but commit more evil acts. Bradford himself uniquely passed but isn't heinous enough to be Pure Evil.
Verdict
Sadly, I'll have to give her a weak cut.
