Hello everyone, this is Dimey back again with another silly NPE proposal from me for a while of taking a break of doing NPE proposals, anyways I'm actually proposing someone from The Land Before Time of all things in October. This time, it's the Ozzy himself. Let's get this trial over with chat
What The Work
Land Before Time is that Dino film series that for some reason have a lot of squeals and even a TV Show where a kid named LittleFoot goes on adventures with his friends and have to be safe from predators (Jeez I wonder what it is.....)
Who Is Ozzy and What Have He Done That Make Him Heinous
Ozzy is the main antagonist of that one Land Before Time squeal, He is a cruel Dino who is abusive to his brother and is shown to love eating Eggs in the film, He is shown in the film abusing his brother named Sturt just from trying to eat leaf and even singing a song Eggs while shown in the song abusing his brother and name calling him, anyways Ozzy and his brother ended up trying to get a Mother Maiasaura eggs but thankfully our heroes ended up stopping them by replacing the egg with a rock of all things.
anyways for the elephant out of the room, He ended up committing infanticide in the film by trying to eat a egg of a Malasauras and literally attempting to eat Ducky unhatched sibling and raiding a Pteranodon nest and trying to eat the eggs, something to realize that Ozzy know he is eating babies and doesn't even cares and how dinosaurs in the film are technically sapient He is shown in the film to be abusive to his own brother such as punching him and making him do the hard work and not even showing him respect at all and even literally pushing him first off a ciff He and his brother also tried to make our heroes (you know CHILDREN) to burn in a lava and straight tried to throw LittleFoot (You Know a Child) off a Great Wall
Heinous Standards
He weakly stand out for being the one who actually committed infanticide in the film series and is the only one who is actually okay with hurting Kids and was going to make them burn in the lava, Yes there are "villains" in the movies but most of them are just dinosaurs that just trying to eat to survive or just the kill the hero villainy that don't do much, so Ozzy weakly stand out alright
Mitigating Factors
Eh Not Really, He definitely doesn't give a shit about his brother considering he is shown in the film abusing his brother such as punching him and literally okay with even starving him and forcing him to be like him despite not wanted to be like him, now maybe I could see Him agreeing with his brother plan to get rid of LittleFoot could be him showing respect for his brother on the plan, this is likey only because of Ozzy hatred of LittleFoot and plus the dude doesn't even praise him for the plan and while He does need to eat to survive, the film make it clear he doesn't have to eat eggs to survive considering his brother is shown to eat leaf and while He and his Brother was chased by Chomper Parents, He is definitely not a scapegoat considering He was okay with eating literal baby and tried to murder kids in a lava
Is He Silly
I mean this is The Land Before Time squeal, of course He is gonna be a goofy starting with The Hammy Song Called Eggs and His Slapstick Humor With Sturt such as hitting Him and yelling at him played for humors, even him failing to get the eggs is supposed to be the joke or something to laugh at, However He is still taken seriously in universe with LittleFoot and his gang being scared of Ozzy and his brother and shown to be scared knowing Ozzy is going to eat babies and even Littlefoot screaming when seeing Ozzy, so while is Goofy but is still taken seriously in universe.
Preventions
He have no redeeming quality, so what is actually preventing him from being Silly PE, to get the elephant out of the room, He failed the system standards considering literally the species does the same things He does, but however I won't say he failed too much considering He is only one shown on screen to actually babies
