Near Pure Evil Wiki

Hello everyone! I am back with yet another Stick World proposal (I have one more planned for the IH wiki). This one is a bit more interesting, and I could see it as being divisive or being rejected, but I might as well give it a shot. Also, some of this will be copied from my First Overseer proposal, but since I made it, it isn't plagiarism

What's the work?

The Stick World (formerly called The Cliff) is a series created by Zeruel82Mk2. It follows the main character, Lalph, and various other characters defending the Stickworld from people who want to destroy it or take control of it. Stickworld is a world filled with danger, magic, and adventure, and I bring to you a character who shows some of the worst aspects of it.

Who is the candidate?

The Chaos Magician is a minor turned major antagonist in the series known as Stick World. He is a magician who has become obsessed with avenging his brother, who was killed by Mike and Mr. Sheep (Even though it was in self-defense). He continued his brother's studies into status effects and created a spell that turns people into stone, one that will kill the target in a certain amount of time, and one that slowly poisons someone to death. With these spells, he starts his quest for revenge.

What has he done?

Well, before his quest for revenge, he tested his powers on multiple defenseless villages. At the same time, you could argue this is off-screen villainy, considering how many magicians hunted him down and how disgusted they are with him, and how he seems completely remorseless, and how he says it is easier to test his powers on defenseless stick figures. I think that more that implies how many people he has killed or turned to stone. He also killed multiple stick figures during a cliff battle with his powers, and judging by the looks of the two magicians being poisoned, it doesn't look pleasant.

When he first encountered Mike, he gave him a sadistic choice of either choosing how he died from the status effects, and if Mike didn't, he would target Mike's family. Mike was turned to stone, and when his petrified body was recovered, Mike's wife and son were devastated.

When Mr. Sheep and Mike's family arrived at Mr. Sheep's castle, he turned both Mike's wife and son to stone before retreating due to Mr. Sheep's brother still being immune to his petrification spell.

The next (And last) time we see him is in The Cliff 7 part 1. A fight between him and three of the heroes breaks out, and despite turning them to stone a few times, the status heal spell quickly undid it. When he tried to use the doom spell on Mike, he was defeated. Still, before he died, he used the petrify spell to turn both Mike and Mr. Sheep to stone while laughing before he finally died, while they were brought back by Mike's son, this doesn't change the fact that he almost did permanently turn them to stone, and with how sadistic he was about it.

Heinous standards

The Scientist: Oh boy, this guy has done a LOT of stuff, such as abusing and bullying his little brothers, causing one of his brothers to lose all his intelligence, and causing the other amnesia and forcing him to become his servant. He also nearly killed multiple Overseers and nearly did so if it wasn't for the intervention of his brothers, whom he then proceeded to try to kill. Oh, and he planned to commit genocide on all magic users. But here's the thing: The Scientist, even in his normal form, is still strong enough to nearly one-shot an Overseer without his nanobots, and when he DOES get the nanobots (which is arguably when he was at his worst), he is strong enough to fight and nearly kill three Overseers. Comparing the two is NOT fair. The Scientist is FAR stronger and faster than the Chaos Magician. The Scientist also has multiple robots, nanobots, and a large base, none of which the Chaos Magician has.

Amon the World Destroyer: The newest, and so far the strongest, villain this series has EVER seen, easily killing multiple heroes even when on low HP, and he permanently killed off most of the cast, and he planned to destroy Stickworld after he was done. But like I said, Amon is EASILY the strongest character in the series so far, miles above the entire cast, and while his name "World Destroyer" might imply he has destroyed worlds before, that is entirely offscreen villainy at best.

The First Overseer: The First Overseer has plenty of cruel and evil actions himself, such as attempting to destroy the current Stick World multiple times and nearly killing his son, but once again, this is NOT a fair comparison. The First Overseer is well... an Overseer, and was able to nearly kill both The One and Lolph, even when they were working together.

What prevents him from being Pure Evil?

Simple; He loves his brother, as he was clearly angry and upset about his death and was hellbent on avenging him. He is also implied to have loved his sister, as his sister goes out of her way to avenge him, and was greatly upset about his death. He also mentioned how it was only his sister left before he died.

He also somewhat suffers from fridge horror, as his killing and destroying multiple villages is off-screen. However, it's not that big of a prevention, as multiple magicians come after him for it and are disgusted by him and try to kill him for it. He also mentions how easy it was to test his powers on them, so it has an onscreen impact, and we know he killed many stick figures, so the fridge horror is not very severe

Conclusion?

No idea how this will go, but I thought it was worth a shot
