Sup guys. I heard that this guy became approved as IH when I found out he had a proposal, so then, I made his page, and then he suddenly came into my mind as an NPE candidate. So, I'm proposing him here now.
What's the Work?[]
gunslingerpro2009 is an ARG on YouTube which exists on a YouTube channel with seemingly normal Garry's Mod videos using models from Team Fortress 2 and at one point Half-Life 2. However, there are things that show the ragdolls in the video are actually alive and afraid of gunslingerpro2009 while he doesn't care at all.
Who is He? What Has He Done?[]
gunslingerpro2009 is the main protagonist of the ARG. He is a seemingly normal YouTuber who likes making Garry's Mod machinimas using models from Team Fortress 2 and at one point Half-Life 2. However, he has dark secrets revolving around them.
In sniper is book, he mutilated a Sniper into a book, and he forced a Heavy to do the pose he made in the video hinted by him slightly moving his arm and turning to the viewer. It could also be interpreted that the Heavy was killed later as he then disappears and there's a very slight audio in the video, which is actually the very, very first part of his scream. The video is no longer up btw and is now "reuploaded" even though it actually isn't, so I linked another one.
Later in spy is sandvich, a BLU Spy was seen banging at the screen with a scared look before being used on the Physgun by gunslingerpro2009.
Then, in the garry's mod ragdoll walker tutorial, he showed the ragdoll walker which he used on a RED Soldier, and it probably made him want to kill himself since he stopped on the train tracks. He later pulled out the Toolgun with the remover tool while the Soldier is shaking his head. He then does the same thing to a BLU Spy which he shows off his walking but then he begins running away so he approaches him, and the video cuts.
But then, in hl2 2010-10-25 14-49-44-34, he mutilated the same BLU Spy into a literal headcrab. The Spy broke out but gunslingerpro2009 found him and Physgunned him, possibly to later punish him even more.
Later, in sniper is sentry, the sentry in the video is a RED Sniper's body changed into the shape of a turret, which begins "firing" at the BLU team. The BLU Scout is also seen having a wound, which may imply he abuses him and the rest of the team.
In the garry's mod ultimate sled tutorial, at the end of the video when the RED Heavy starts moving on his own, he Physgunned him and possibly killed him considering there's a sound when it happened.
In engineer land, there's a RED Engineer who's smiling that can briefly seen with an orange circle, meaning he used the Faceposer tool on him to forcefully make him have that expression. The RED Heavy then looked skeptical towards the Engineer and then smiled him, meaning he's possibly forced to look excited. There's also the RED Pyro who, after the Engineer put his hand on his back, he looked away.
In the garry's mod wire mouse turret tutorial, he showed the wire mouse turret which he then uses to kill some Citizen NPCs but then he gets blown up by a female Medic NPC which he later respawns.
Last but not least, the supposed sniper is book reupload, he mutilated another Sniper into a book just like what he did to another one in the original video, and he used the Faceposer tool on a RED Heavy to make him have the expression he has in the video seen in the end of the video.
What Makes Him Close To Pure Evil?[]
He tortured many ragdolls in relatively brutal ways (such as mutilating two snipers into a book and mutilating a BLU Sniper into a headcrab) which does pass the baseline, and he essentially has no competition. He's mentioned by BadwaterVideos2009 in another ARG of the same name, but that's just a joke and doesn't actually mean anything, so he doesn't have to compete with him.

What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
One, he's very mysterious as practically, he has no lines whatsoever and the tutorial videos only show us that he can build several mechanisms, and we still don't really get a clear insight on his overall personality. To put it simply, he's enigmatic and insufficiently characterized.
However, I don't think that's too much of a problem for him to be NPE. Him having no motive in torturing the ragdolls ain't really all that true, as I think he does as pretty much, he wants to make YouTube videos for his YouTube channel, and he doesn't like if any of the ragdolls make the video go wrong, seen with him punishing the BLU Spy due to running away and him Physgunning the RED Heavy when he notices something off about him.
Two (yes there's a two), he does say sorry to his viewers in the description of the supposed sniper is book reupload, not much else to say here.
