My second Near Pure Evil proposal. I've been waiting for this for so long.
What's the Work?[]
Kaaatie is a YouTube channel by Katie. It consists of multiple videos that are all canon to each other, including the series Fundamental Paper Education (though it's probably dead).
Who is She? What Has She Done?[]
Fen is a major character in the YouTube channel. She first appears in the video I am going to k!ll your family! where she is with Claire's cat MoeMoe, gives her a lily, and then... proceeds to mutilate and kill a random guy.
She later appears in the Therefore You and Me video where she is first seen looking in a forest while only her eye is seen and then she is next seen on top of a lot, I mean a LOT of corpses while she's covered in blood wielding a weapon also covered in blood (like she literally outdid all the other villains in just one video).
What Makes Her Close To Pure Evil?[]
She literally killed like, a lot of people, which is way more than what all the other villains did. Miss Circle killed and cannibalized 2 of her students and tried to kill another one, Miss Bloomie and Miss Thavel tried to kill said student, Zip and Oliver caused said student to be brutally murdered and ∆lice brutally murdered said student, which is nothing compared to what Fen did who killed many people as she was standing on a pile of corpses and she's also bloody herself and she's wielding a bloody weapon, so there's basically no way she was intended to not be responsible for the deaths. Also, did I forgot to mention all of the aforementioned villains' crimes (except for Fen's) aren't canon since they came from a music video not actually meant to be an installment of anything? Yeah, that too.
Also, while she has no lines, she is anything but insufficiently characterized as she's seen very sadistic due to her brutal ways of killing people and she's also shown to care for others, so yeah, she clearly has a personality. Also, also, while she may be comedic in the I am going to k!ll your family! video as the song of the same name is playing in the background, this doesn't detract from her heinousness not to mention she's not comedic in the other videos.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Evil?[]
She practically has like one prevention that prevents her from being Pure Evil, she cares about Xister, in the Moonlight video, she's shown where she lets Xister rest on her shoulder while Fen is blushing, and, Fen cares about Claire's cat MoeMoe as she gave it a flower. Fen also cares about cats in general and will not kill them seen in her interaction with MoeMoe (I know it's about more than one living being but caring about multiple living beings is counted as one prevention).
Verdict[]
I'd give her a firm yes though I'll let y'all decide.
