What's the Work?

Gravity Falls is a 2012 animated Disney mystery-driven show that follows twins: Dipper and Mabel. They would discover more and more secrets about Gravity Falls as the show goes on, and yeah you already know the show at this point, right? Stan mentioned here

Who is She? What Has She Done?

.GIFfany, often spelled as Giffany, is a one-shot antagonist in the show, serving as the main antagonist in the episode "Soos and the Real Girl". She is a sentient character from the dating simulator "Romance Academy 7" who develops a possessive and obsessive relationship with Soos when he plays the game.

Soos is in the mall in an attempt talk to girls, he fails miserably. He runs to a store to hide before finding the game, despite the cashier's warnings, Dipped and Mabel buys it for him. He starts up the game and we finally meet .GIFfany, we'll call her Giffany cuz it's better. He takes a liking to simulation, with GIFfany being all nice. He genuinely believes this is apart of the game, not knowing she's actually sapient.

He quickly becomes addicted to it and plays the game fr thirteen hours straight, missing work for the first time. Worried, Dipper and Mabel come to look for him. When they find him still playing the game. He says he's gonna meet her parents before they decide to take him to the mall to try to talk to real girls. Mabel says that it's just a game, but Giffany disagrees with that as she leaves with her power.

As Soos grows nervous in the face of real women, he is relieved to see Giffany by the TVs, though slightly suspicious because how did she even get here? She says that she can go anywhere and reveals something: The programmers tried to delete her code after seeing how... off, she is when they tried to, she says she 'deleted them', which is just murder. He ignores this, even after saying it's a red flag, and decides to spend time with her on a train.

After Soos meets and arranges a date with Melody, he attempts to break up with Giffany, who is furious by his actions, even getting outright mad. After she gets too angry, Soos pauses the game before saying she's going back to the store after the date, he then leaves with Giffany's CD... before it's revealed Giffany manages to leave her CD and follow him. At the restaurant, as Soos tries talking to Melody, she projects herself onto numerous monitors and video games (and even electrocuting Rumble McSkirmish), being pissed he was gonna leave her, she then takes control of the robots. Soos does his best to defend Melody, Giffany manages to corner Soos, she gaslights him into saying that Melody won't even take him after this date before attempting to download his brain into the game so they can be together, but Soos throws the CD into the oven, melting Giffany's game and erasing her, which caused the possessed animatronics to shut down. Well, she didn't actually get killed as her code wirelessly jumped into one of the arcade games.

Heinous Standard

Gravity Falls Heinous Standards is set by a certain satanic triangle. Let's get it out of the way, no Giffany in no shape or form cannot be compared to Bill, as the latter is literally one of the strongest characters in fiction and we've seen how much he can do, where as Giffany is limited to just technology, hell she was literally stuck in a video game before Soos took her. Outside of that, she has a pretty high kill count given that she outright states she "deleted" her programmers, and while we see one actually get "erased", she explicitly says she deleted all her programers, which just summaries to "She killed a dozen people". While Lumberjack Ghost and Darlene are in the question (the former putting several people into fates worse than death and the latter eating multiple people while using a human disguise), she still stands out with her high kill count by just being an AI, something she's limited to unless there's animatronics nearby.

What Prevents Her from Pure Evil?

While insanely, INSANELY twisted and toxic, she is capable of showing genuine love. While she was totally okay with trying to murder Melody and the Pines twins, she doesn't really try to murder Soos as she only targets the others. While she isn't above gaslighting and manipulating Soos (given that she literally did it to other men given that the cashier said the game was returned 3 times), her love is ultimately twisted and toxic but genuine. Even if that doesn't count, in Journal 3, Soos confirms that she jumped into one of the arcade games and went to wooing to Rumble McSkirmish despite literally trying to kill the former. She basically ends up falling in love with Rumble, even if Soos says it's complicated.
