His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Being part of the Mutant Bandits, he, alongside his leader Darknetic and other members, commit dangerous experiments on Kaboom City.
- According to his character infobox in the official SuperThings website, it's implied that he had turned forests into deserts.
- Along with Crazy Jet, he assists Darknetic in flooding the Kaboom City Mall by using the hose attached to the fire hydrant, these endanger the civilians.
- Heats up the flood water by himself to heat the civilians up while making a sadistic remark by asking if they would like a giant soup. Even Brain Freeze, his rival, outright exclaims that he is cooking them.
- Attempts to heat up Brain Freeze who tries to lower the temperature of the water while taunting him.
- In Series 4, he is briefly seen alongside other villains booing at the Heroes in a race competition where if the Heroes win, then Mr. King would free a lot of them from being imprisoned.
- Despite his comedic defeat, it isn't really mitigating as it only occurs in the last frames of the comic and his crimes alone were played seriously.
- Although he is not as bad as Mr. King, Professor. K and Kid Fury, the latter three have far more resources than him, while the former only has his heating powers and a hose used alongside Crazy Jet.
- Despite following Darknetic's orders, his unique crime of heating up the water still allows him to stand out as it was never ordered by the latter himself.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- In the cartoons, it's been mentioned that Mr. King and Professor. K have created the villains, which would include Ultra Dryer too, so he is made to be evil, giving him moral agency issues, but it is rather minor as he still has a sufficient personality.
- He is loyal to Darknetic as he was assisting him in flooding the mall and even called him his boss after both got defeated.
