“ | Two-Face: Harvey Dent does everything by the book, to the letter of the law. But that isn't working. Harvey: Sure it is -- he's turning things around. Two-Face: Barely. Slowly. Harvey: I'd like to see you do better! Two-Face: Watch me. Harvey: How're you gonna fix this mess? Two-Face: Simple. Easy. Curfews after dark. Checkpoints at every bridge. Mandatory identification cards. 24/7 video surveillance. That works. |

Harvey Dent, later known as Two-Face, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Penguin) of the 2016 video game Batman: The Telltale Series.
He was the former Mayor of Gotham City, a former friend of Bruce Wayne, and the former District Attorney who had run against his corrupt predecessor Hamilton Hill. However, following an attack by the Children of Arkham in which he was drugged with a psychosis-inducing chemical (and disfigured, depending on the player's choice), resulting in his developing an evil alternate personality.
He was voiced by Travis Willingham.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Tried to beat up Bruce and Selina for believing (rightfully or mistakenly depending on the player's decision) they had an affair. However, Bruce has the option of pointing out that Harvey and Selina were never really dating, so even if they did sleep with each other, it can't be called an affair.
- Locked Bruce up in Arkham Asylum, while using his assault on Oswald Cobblepot as an excuse to have him imprisoned in the facility. Even Bruce, points out that what he rightfully or mistakenly believed to have happened between Bruce and Selina doesn't excuse Two-Face's actions.
- Decided to enforce strict policies with the Gotham Police while looking for The Children Of Arkham.
- If you confront him as Bruce, he'll attempt to have you killed alongside Gordon.
- Bombs a city district to destroy The Children Of Arkham drugs, killing several civilians and Officers (Inc his own men), as well as taking out a whole city block.
- Tried to storm Wayne Manor. He'll either fail if you stop him as Batman while trying to kill both you and Alfred, or if you decide to go after Oswald instead, will burn down most of the building at the episode's climax.
- Indirectly caused Grogan's death.
- Will kill an Officer he has hostage dead when Bruce confronts him. He can also kill two more people including his secretary.
- While he is a split personality, nothing proves that he lacks a moral agency.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is genuinely honourable, as he does spare people who get lucky with his coin.
- He does care for Harvey Dent, as he swore to make everyone that hurt him pay. And he was angry at Bruce for supposedly making Harvey a fool for believing in him.
- He is a Well Intentioned Extremist, as he only wants to stop The Children of Arkham, and make Gotham a safer place. Though unfortunately this is minor, considering how extreme his actions are, and the fact that he murders his own people, which also makes him a hypocrite.
