Trebol is a major antagonist of the Dressrosa Arc in the One Piece franchise. He is a member of the Donquixote Pirates and one of Doflamingo's right-hand men. He is the one who gave Doflamingo his devil fruit, the String-String fruit, and a gun. Trebol helps Doflamingo commit many crimes over the decades.
He was voiced by Taiki Matsuno in Japanese, and by Alejandro Saab in the English dubbed version.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Trebol gives Doflamingo the String-String fruit and a gun, encouraging him to take revenge on the people who wronged him. As a result of this, Doflamingo would go on to kill his father and many others with his powers and his gun. In addition since he supplied him with the String-String Fruit, it would lead to Doflamingo torturing and killing people with this power.
- Trebol constantly fed Doflamingo's ego by reminding him over and over how great of a person he is. Although Doflamingo was already a cruel child before meeting Trebol, the latter acts as a negative influence who encourages Doflamingo to commit evil acts and helped him become an even more heinous individual. Unlike the other members of the Donquixote Pirates, Trebol had a close relationship to Doflamingo and had a major influence on him.
- Trebol burned down a town just because it had an unpaved sidewalk that caused Doflamingo to trip.
- Trebol, alongside Vergo, Diamante, and Pica, killed many people and destroyed entire cities on Doflamingo's orders.
- Trebol alongside the Donquixote Pirates helped Doflamingo kill many people the night that Doflamingo took over Dressrosa. Since that incident, he has supported Doflamingo in maintaining his tyranny and oppression over the country.
- He helped maintain the slave labor in the underground area alongside Sugar.
- Trebol takes pleasure in seeing Doflamingo as the "ultimate evil". He delights in all the bad things Doflamingo committed and feels no remorse for the thousands of lives that Doflamingo ruined.
- He laughs aloud when Law got his arm cut off by Doflamingo.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite taking pleasure in influencing Doflamingo into becoming a more wicked individual than he already was, he cares for Doflamingo. For example, at one point, he did express concern for Doflamingo when Law nearly kills him with his radio knife attack.
