Traag is a minor villain in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron and an underling of Mutilor. He is the secondary antagonist of the episode "When Strikes Mutilor".
He was voiced by Christopher Smith.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He assisted Mutilor in draining the SWAT Kats' planet, not caring about what happens to the planet in the process as long as he gets paid handsomely.
- He sent out a squadron of alien Marauders to attack, Commander Feral, Felina and the rest of the Enforcers.
- Since he also seems to be in-charge of Mutilor's alien crew, this would make him indirectly responsible for making Feral think the aliens killed Felina, who is the person the otherwise stoic and serious-minded commander genuinely cares about the most, devastating and enraging him.
- When he detects the Enforcers coming, Mutilor orders him to take their ship higher. The Enforcers can't go that high, which Traag sees as an excellent choice by him.
- He and Mutilor's crew tried to shoot the SWAT Kats when he ordered him to.
- While he isn't as heinous as his boss, he is still far more so than the vast majority of villains in the show as his body count would be in the millions.
- While he isn't treated too well by Mutilor, he deserves it for being entirely onboard with drying out planets at the cost of people's lives for the sake of his own greed.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards to his boss Mutilor as he only just takes orders from him, he just stops anyone from interfering with their plans and pilots Mutilor's ship.
- He seemed genuinely loyal and respectful to Mutilor, unlike his boss, who had no issue threatening and even trying to kill him.

- He currently is one of three SWAT Kats villains to be Near Pure Evil, alongside Dr. Harley Street and the Ci-Kat-A Queen.
