Toecutter is the main antagonist of the Mad Max film series, serving as the main antagonist Mad Max and the posthumous overarching antagonist of its three sequels. He is the sadistic leader of a particularly fierce motorcycle gang, a barbaric, unpleasant, and murderous psychopath, and the archenemy of Mad Max.
He was portrayed by the late Hugh Keays-Byrne.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He leads his gang to rape and kill anyone in their way to avenge the Nightrider and his girlfriend.
- He chased down and captured and loving couple. It is heavily implied that he had his own men violently gang rape them.
- He constantly abuses his henchman, Johnny the boy, even threaten to shooting him with a double barrel shotgun and forced him to burn a man alive against his will.
- He manipulates other people into joining his homicidal gang.
- He killed one of Max's close friend Goose by making him get into a car accident and forced Johnny to burn him alive.
- He chased Max and his family throughout the film with the goal of killing them to avenge Nightrider.
- He killed Max's wife and infant child by running them over with a motorcycle just to spite him.
- He doesn't show any care for when one of his fellow bikers got gunned down by Max, showing he doesn't care for any of them as he would callously dispose of them without a second thought.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- While he doesn't care for any of his biker members such as Johnny and Bubba, he seemed to be upset with the death of the Nightrider and went so far as to avenge him and his girlfriend. He also would lash out at anyone who contradict his memory of him, and try to retrieve his corpse.
