“ | One doesn't want you humans to know of our existence. But I see things differently. I, on the other hand would like for you to know that we exist. Whether its on a mass scale... or an urban legend that's passed on by word-of-mouth. I'd like for you to know... and to tremble in fear. To think that there are mysterious beings that live among you... that look exactly like you... and hunt you. | „ |
~ Three explaining its motives. |
Three is a supporting antagonist of the horror manhwa Shotgun Boy. It is a shape-shifting monster who is dead-set on killing humanity due to experimentation from the MM Corporation.
Its Evil Ranking[]
What Makes It Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Killed multiple MM agents while escaping their lab.
- Took part in One’s plan of pretending to be workers at a retreat camp to lure in multiple high school teachers and students so they could kill them and take their identities.
- During the massacre, it asks any rich student to raise their hand. When one wealthy boy announces himself, it cruelly kills that boy and takes his form.
- Offscreen, it murders Yeongshin’s girlfriend, Jiyeong.
- Brags to Yeongshin about killing his girlfriend then kills him. Afterwards, it ends up using Yeongshin’s body to torment his best friend, Chayeong, calling her out for her having crush on her friend despite the fact he has a girlfriend and saying she’s a horrible person.
- Explains to Chayeong how disregarding One’s plans, it wishes to let the world know that monsters like it exist, so that they can live in constant fear.
- Pretends to fall asleep and let Chayeong escape from it, just to toy with her and sadistically chase her down after she doesn’t take its advice.
- Throws Yeongshin’s dead corpse in front of Chayeong, framing her for the murder of him and motiviating Seongbin Yu and his group to try to kill her.
- When Chayeong escapes from them, it approaches her with homicidal intent before being interrupted by Zero, who it tries to kill (although in self-defense.)
What Prevents It from Being Pure Evil?[]
- It fails the Heinous Standard to Five, who murdered 17 people with the same resources and Seongbin Yu, who murdered 13 people after just awakening his monster powers.
- While it's not portrayed as tragic like Four and Seven, it is still safe to assume it was affected by the experimentation and torture from the MM Corporation. This doesn’t excuse murdering children have nothing to do with its tragedy.
- It had some care for its comrades as it let One eat its brain so he could see who is killer is. Its death is then played with mild sympathy as One honors his fallen friend.
