Thief Knight Kiros is the rogue thief of the Underground and is a major antagonist of Hikari Sentai Maskman. He is primarily the archenemy of Takeru the Red Maskman after he learns that when he was trapped in the "Whirling Hell", Princess Ial became his lover.
He was played by Shunta Fuchino.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Endangers the life of a woman who loves him dearly even when she aides him. Not even worrying about her safety at all when being under the goal of killing Takeru.
- Mind controls Kenta to become afraid just to sadistically torture him and then get rid of him so he can more easily kill the Maskman.
- Imprisons Akira in a pyramid and even when he becomes blind he admires it although it isn't his doing.
- To brainwash Momoko and Haruka to get him Jewelry for Princess Ial he is perfectly okay with letting innocents get hurt, with some being brainwashed who had children.
- Manipulated Baraba so he could steal Princess Ial with cruel and sadistic intent as he left Baraba to die.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Genuinely loves Princess Ial and even treats her above any riches. Seen when he pleads to Oyobu to free her from her icey sleep even promising treasures to him.
- When compared to Emperor Zeba, he falls short as he doesn't stand out relative to him with similar resources

- Even in the show, they highly alluded to Kiros being above standard villainy when Takeru told the woman he endangered about how Kiros is a cruel man.
