The President of the United States is the overarching antagonist of Kingsman: The Golden Circle, the second installment of the Kingsman film series.
He is the nameless President of the United States of America by the time Poppy Adams and Charlie Hesketh threaten the world by interfering in the War on Drugs. Despite the low amounts of screen time he has, the President is easily one of the cruellest villains in the franchise.
He was portrayed by Bruce Greenwood.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- When Poppy Adams poisoned the world's drugs with a toxin and effectively held the victims hostage, demanding that the US ended the War on Drugs and gives her organization full legal immunity in exchange for the antidote, the President came up with a plan to appear compliant and then allow the millions of people to die of that toxin while locking up the victims in cages in order to exterminate drug users from the face of the planet.
- This has clear ramifications, as several people already started dying while locked in the cages as a result of not only Poppy's actions, but also the President's unwillingness to help. All of the millions of Golden Circle victims would have died if the Kingsman didn't invade Poppy's base and distribute the antidote.
- He abused his staff, as shown by how Chief of Staff Fox had to work for him 20 hours a day, and when it's revealed that Fox had resorted to drugs as a coping method and got poisoned as well, the President disregarded her pleas to realize the innocence of many Golden Circle victims, and callously locked her up with the rest of the victims.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards to villains such as Richmond Valentine and Poppy Adams, as the latter two had attempted to committed genocide on the rest of humanity with less resources.
- He is a genuine extremist as despite his methods, he genuinely wanted to rid the World of drug users and would never use any himself.
