The Supervisor is the main antagonist of Disney's 2011 performance-capture animated film Mars Needs Moms, which is based on the 2007 book of the same name by Berkeley Breathed. She is the tyrannical ruler of Mars who abducts Milo's mother because of her knowledge on how to raise children.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She ordered Milo's mother to be captured.
- She has Milo put in a prison cell.
- It's revealed that she has nanny-bots take care of the baby infants while the male infants of her race are thrown down the garbage chute to fend for themselves. The nanny-bots are thrown in the garbage once the child is grown.
- The nanny-bots's knowledge are collected from memories from real moms. She kidnaps countless moms from Earth to transfer their memories into the bots, using a process that kills them. We see more than a dozen nanny-bots being thrown in the fire of the dump in the end credits.
- She tries to have Gribble shot to death.
- It turns out lied about Martian children always being raised by machines, as a mural shows Martians had parents once. This shows her killing countless innocent moms was completely unnecessary.
- She tries to shoot Milo and his mom as they escape, which breaks Milo's mom's mask almost causing her to die.
- She tries to shoot Milo, his mom and Gribble before trying to have them arrested when Ki reveals the truth.
- She lacks any redeeming qualities and is taken almost completely seriously,

- Her defeat is played for laughs, as it involves her having to change babies while one of the babies pees on her.
