Sotto Voce is the secondary antagonist of the Netflix film Red Notice.
He was portrayed by Chris Diamantopoulos.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is potrayed as a highly dangerous individual despite the film's comedic tone, being an actual threat to John and Nolan and actually came close to killing them
- At some point, he shot and killed his father, and even kept the gun he used to do the deed which he showed off at his masquerade parties
- Even though his father used to strangle him as a child, we never see the extent of this and Sotto has gone far beyond anything his father did as he has strangled lots of people to death
- He is in illegal possesion of several weapons and relics which he keeps in a vault, including Cleopatra's second egg
- He has a taste for torturing people and brutally murdering them by strangling them to death, we actually do get to see how brutal and sadistic he is with his murders on two occasions, as a flashback of him murdering a man this way is shown and later on the film he nearly kills John by strangling him. He also takes pleasure in doing this, with Nolan even stating strangling people is a hobby for Sotto
- He worked with Sarah Black/The Bishop to catch John and Nolan who had broken into his vault
- Took the two of them to the basement of the bullfighting arena where he and the Bishop intended to torture them for the location of the third egg, and even though the Bishop was using him, Sotto showed no problem with murdering them and no remorse afterwards, plus he also intended to get the egg with the Bishop
- He tries to strangle John to death and nearly succeded if Nolan had not given them the fase location of the third egg, and despite the Bishop and John working together, Sotto was unaware of this and truly wanted to murder John
- After waking up from being drugged by the Bishop, he tried to kill John and Nolan by shooting at them
- He chases Nolan and John through the basement trying to kill them both
- He chases them through a trapdoor and tries to shoot them again but is prevented by a bull shutting the trapdoor on him
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He truly cared about the Bishop and was genuinely angered over her betrayal, blaming it on John and Nolan and claiming she was his
- The moment where the bull shuts the trapdoor on his face is played for slight comedy
