The Snow Ghost, actually Mr. Greenway, is the titular main antagonist of the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode "That's Snow Ghost".
He is a smuggler who, alongside his colleague Mr. Leech, smuggled various stolen jewels. To prevent people from finding out, Greenway disguises himself as the ghost of a bizarre story of a Tibetan monk named Fu Lan Chi to scare people away and kill them when this fails.
He was voiced by the late Vic Perrin.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He smuggled various stolen jewels and disguised himself as the Snow Ghost to scare people away.
- Judging by how he keeps laughing when first meeting the Mystery Gang (which happens when he isn't disguised as the Snow Ghost), he's likely sadistic since he might be laughing in anticipation of him going to scare them.
- He kidnaps Shaggy and Velma.
- He attempts to kill the Mystery Gang various times, which is something pretty unique for the original series. However, what makes him particularly vile isn't just him trying to kill them, but the ways he tries to achieve their death. To be precise, he:
- Attempts to saw Velma in half with a circular saw.
- Sends a wooden log with dynamite on it after Scooby and Velma.
- Attempts to throw Scooby off a cliff.
- While the franchise has given some particularly vile villains, he stands because he comes from the original series (whose villains weren't usually too heinous).
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a few comedic moments detracting from him villainy, such as painting Shaggy white to make him look like a ghost or being defeated via a giant snowball.
