Robert Knox is a supporting antagonist of HITMAN 2, appearing as the main target of its second mission "The Finish Line"

He is the wealthy CEO of Kronstadt Industries, and is willing to use any crooked method no matter the price to success at his goals, which includes having his daughter Sierra win the races.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Applied a harsh treatment onto Sierra, sometimes abusing her by not showing her enough love and attention.
    • Because of that, he's responsible of his daughter becoming just like him: an arrogant spoiled brat ready to use any switches no matter what cost to success, including cheating and murder.
  • Cheated in the races Sierra participated in by giving her an extra octane booster to make her car go faster, thing the other competitors can't afford.
  • Would go on killing (directly or by contracts) any rival or people knowing too mush about him.
  • Uses other methods to win the races no matter what by using bribery, slander, death threats, blackmail, or simply murder.
  • During an accident resulting in his disfigurement, he broke his friendship with Maxwell Rutter.
  • In another accident, he caused an employee to die, and while it was accidental he wasn't feeling remorse or any genuine concern about it.
  • Created massive destruction weapons and sold it to military leaders which then used it for horrendous war crimes.
  • Intended on selling androids capable to eliminate a target simply through a scan to military leader Ted Mendez.
  • Allied with Providence, an evil organisation, for the sake of keeping his reputation clean.
  • Sent a spy to place a bomb on Moses Lee's car and intended on blowing it up so Sierra would win.
    • If 47 follows the contract and plants the bomb on Lee's car, Knox will personally detonate it and kill Lee.
  • Tried to flee from Providence's wrath which caused his own assassination and Sierra's, making his death nothing but karma.
  • While he supplied weapons to the private militia, there is no evidence that he knows who Lucas Grey is and that he genuinely shares his beliefs and wants Providence to be destroyed.
  • He passes the heinous standards by being responsible in many war crimes and at least hundreds of deaths because of the killing machines he sold for nothing but his own business.
  • While he does have some funny lines of dialogue, such as going from insulting 47 to apologizing profusely at gunpoint, these are too brief and minor to be detracting.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He loved his wife Underwood, and was devastated by her death.
  • Despite his treatment on Sierra, he still cared about her and sometimes used to feel remorse for not being a good father towards her. He will also be utterly shocked if he accidentally blows her up in her car.
  • Although he is faux affable most of the time, he can be genuinely affable on very special occasions, but not all the time.
