Robert Greenwood is a minor antagonist of the Season 2 of Gotham, serving as a cameo character in "Damned If You Do..." and the secondary antagonist of "Knock, Knock".

He is a serial killer who was behind murdering and eating many women. He was sent to Arkham Asylum for his crimes but was busted out of prison by Theo Galavan and joined a terrorist group called The Maniax.

He was portrayed by Dustin Ybarra.

• He raped, murdered and ate about one dozen women before being caught by the police.
• When playing the game of Russian Roulette with Jerome, he bragged about the crimes he committed, even heavily implying a specific threat to cut up and eat him.
• Robert helped the Maniax throw their captives off the top of a building to send their message to the city.
• Robert assisted the Maniax in nearly killing a bus filled with cheerleaders by almost setting it on fire.
• Robert participated in the GCPD massacre where he murdered multiple police officers.
• He had no redeeming qualities.
