Richard the Tiger Mafia is the main antagonist of the famous Ugandan action web film Who Killed Captain Alex?. He is the leader of the Tiger Mafia.
He was portrayed by Sserunya Ernest.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He abuses his henchmen and would assault them if he was angered.
- He would also constantly abuse his wives, even killing them should they anger him as he has so many of them, he views them as expendable.
- He held several people hostage and killed some of them.
- He ordered one of his men to steal a combat helicopter and bomb the city and destroy many buildings in order to create a distraction for the military, which likely killed many people.
- Kidnapped a woman, forced her to marry him or she would die and had her tortured.
- He took down two helicopters and several soldiers during the final shootout.
- While he does have several comedic moments, most of these are due to the movie’s unintended absurdity, thus, the comedy doesn’t detract from his heinousness.
