He was voiced by Keith Ferguson as General Ross and Fred Tatasciore as Red Hulk, who also voiced GatŠin the English dub of Naruto, The Mawgu in Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island, Warden Kuril in Mass Effect 2, CLU 2 in TRON: Uprising, an armored Lord Dominator in Wander Over Yonder, Carnage in Ultimate Spider-Man, Diego Gómez in Resident Evil: Vendetta, Shao Kahn in the Mortal Kombat Legends films and Dr. Ludvig Maxis in Call of Duty: Zombies.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- As General Ross, he willingly fired a missile on Hulk while two S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were in proximity and continued sending his troops after the Hulk regardless of whether they were killed.
- He willingly worked with the Red Skull and became the Red Hulk so he could attack the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier to frame the hulk, presumably killing dozens of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and making him a hypocrite.
- He assisted Red Skull in his plans to infect the New York population and thus betraying his country.
- He plants a device inside Hulk which makes him lose control whenever he chooses and then turns the Avengers against the Hulk by posing as a hero.
- In his final appearance, he display clear sadism twice:
- When he and the other avengers arrest Captain America and Wasp for releasing the Hulk and tells them they can either surrender or resist, he smiles and says "Please Resist", showing that he wants to fight them.
- Lifting a boat full of passengers with the intent on killing all the passengers just to have another weapon against the Hulk. When the Hulk stops him and saves the passengers, he berates him for saving the passengers and being too soft.
- He planned on destroying the Avengers and label them as terrorists to make himself look like a "better" hero.
- While he did save some innocents in The Deadliest Man Alive, this is purely pragmatic as it's part of his plan to stop the Hulk and make himself look like a hero.
- Overall, he lacked any of the redeeming qualities his mainstream counterpart had and showed no signs of giving up his pursuit against the Hulk, as after he was arrested, he continued ranting about the Hulk even though he himself is far more heinous and sadistic than the Hulk ever could be.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite his lack of resources and personal crimes towards the Avengers, he still fails the high heinous standard as the attack on the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier was done under the orders of the Red Skull.
- He is a slight extremist as he was trying to serve his country, but this is a minor prevention since he knows he's betraying his country by willingly working with the Red Skull, took sadistic pleasure in harming innocents, and is a hypocrite.
