Razdal mo Eraz is a minor antagonist in Game of Thrones, the television adaptation of the A Song of Ice and Fire novel series. He is one of the Wise Masters of Yunkai, a wealthy noble and a slave trader. His name was changed to avoid confusion with other characters named "Grazdan", since the name is extremely common in his region.

He was portrayed by George Georgiou.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • For a start he cooperates with the slave trade operation in the slave bay area and he is proud of the slave trade heritage in the area.
  • He is seen in the third season while being sent on behalf of the Wise Masters to negotiate with Daenerys so that she will leave Yunkai.
  • He refuses her offer to give all the slaves freedom and payment for their slavery and thus destroys the expedition, leading Daenerys to marry the Second Sons and conquer Yunkai, to prevent slavery.
  • After Daenerys conquers Meereen, a terrorist organization named: "Sons of the Harpy" is established, which assassinates Daenerys' warriors and the city's inhabitants in general, with the intention of harming Daenerys herself. The organization is at least partially funded by Razdal if not more, which makes it responsible for the terrorism they organized.
  • When Tyrion Lannister summons him and two other companions to Meereen to lead a truce, they extract from him a commitment to partially restore slavery and gradually stop it.
  • With his partners he violates the ceasefire and sends ships to bombard Meereen's fleet and then start a war in the city, taking advantage of the fact that Daenerys is not in charge.
  • He agrees to enter into further negotiations with Daenerys and Tyrion, only to mock Daenerys and then expresses demands among them: the return of slavery, the killing of the two dragons imprisoned in the pyramid and Daenerys' departure from the Slave Bay.
  • Finally when Tyrion demands that one of them volunteer to die as punishment, he and Belicchio volunteer Yazanne, only because he is of lesser descent. However Gray Worm kills him and Belicchio for this reason.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He suffers from Fridge Horror and offscreen villainy as he is not the only master who helps start the Meereen War. However, in the TV series, he is still portrayed as the most prominent of them.
