Ray Parkins is the secondary antagonist of the 1983 film Sudden Impact, the fourth installment of the Dirty Harry franchise.
She was portrayed by Audrie J. Neenan.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She guilted Jennifer into coming to a party under the carnival boardwalk and told her to bring her sister, who was in town, where Ray had them gang-raped by Mick and his crew. She watched and laughed sadistically, turning up the music so that their screams could not be heard.
- Years later, she is shown not to have changed in the slightest and she gets violent towards Harry when he refuses to buy her a drink at the bar she is at.
- When she learns that Jennifer is coming after members of the gang that raped her, she warns Tyrone and Mick about it, harassing Tyrone while doing so.
- She is the reason why Mick comes back to town to deal with Jennifer, making Ray indirectly responsible for the further crimes and murders that Mick commits.
- She plans with Mick to kill Jennifer.
- She violently attacks Harry when he tries to arrest Mick.
- When she is confronted by Jennifer, Ray shows absolutely no remorse for her actions and mocks Jennifer's catatonic sister by saying, "How's your slut sister?"
- She passes the heinous standards due to having been the one to arrange and lead the gang-rape against Jennifer and her sister and being the one who got Mick to come back to the area, which makes her indirectly responsible for the crimes he commits, while have less resources than Mick who is the leader of the gang and lacking the skills of Scorpio, who is a professional trained killer.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She is shown to care about Mick, as while her warning Mick about Jennifer coming after the gang members was mainly so he could come back to the area and help, she angrily attacks Harry while he is beating on and arresting Mick in an attempt to make him stop, something which happens right after Mick aggressively rejects her advances.
