I control Ilena. She doesn't eat, sleep, or urinate without my permission!
~ Randolph Morrow bragging about his power over Ilena.

Randolph Morrow is the main antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Slaves".

He was portrayed by Andrew McCarthy.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He is a sadist who takes pleasure in putting women under his control through torture.
  • He repeatedly raped and tortured his wife until she was broken and under his control.
  • He manipulates a teenage Romanian girl, Ilena, and her aunt, Constanta, into helping him with his finances, just so he can take control of Ilena.
  • He forces Ilena to be the nanny for his adoptive daughter who he shows no care for, and keeps her prisoner in his house. stopping her from attending NYU which was her goal.
  • He repeatedly rapes and tortures Ilena to the point that she is broken and he has full control over here, trapping her in a constant state of fear.
  • He makes his wife murder Constanta by poisoning her drink.
  • He attempts to destroy evidence of his crimes before he is arrested.
  • He traps Ilena in a box under his bed so that she cannot be found.
  • He refuses to cooperate with SVU and reveal Ilena's location, showing no remorse for what he has done.
  • Despite having a lower victim count than other Law and Order villains, Morrow stands out due to the depravity of his crimes and the horrific effects that his actions are shown to have had on his victims.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He fails the absurd Heinous Standards of the Law & Order franchise to other villains who victimize more people than him.
