His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is a serial killer who kidnaps Cholla Springs residents and brings them to Hanging Rock, a location near Cholla Springs, where he murders and cannibalizes them for years or possibly decades.
- He could also be a Karma Houdini villain, as he is never killed or arrested by law authorities, and Jack/John chooses to leave him alone after bringing his next victim; however, this is dependent on the player's decisions.
- He has multiple victims during the side mission "American Appetites":
- He kidnapped the young son of a woman named Ralph, brought him to a place near the Hanging Rock hills, and devoured him.
- After John/Jack traveled, he left behind blood, a bone, and a shoe.
- He kidnapped Beryl, Jeremy Parsons' wife, who was just gathering mushrooms, and brought her to Hanging Rock, killing and devouring her, leaving only her blood, shoe, and arm.
- Before the side mission begins, we see the victim's family worried with sorrow about their loved ones being kidnapped and hoping that they are still alive.
- After John/Jack realizes Randall killed their loved ones, it is likely that the lives of his victims' families have been ruined.
- He kidnapped the young son of a woman named Ralph, brought him to a place near the Hanging Rock hills, and devoured him.
- When John/Jack approaches him, he appears to be wounded in the leg and requests that John/Jack capture and bring Andrew to him.
- When John/Jack chases Andrew, he becomes excited given that he knows he is going to succeed in devouring Andrew to gain another kill, which clearly just shows how sadistic he is.
- After Andrew is brought back, he slowly approaches the former while also feeling satisfied that he can now successfully kill him not long after.
- When Andrew claims he tried to eat him, he responds that he needs to eat, which he obviously meant that he is going to devour Andrew while also begging John/Jack for help.
- If John/Jack decides not to kill Randall and instead lets him go, we can watch him slowly devour Andrew, who will die shortly after John/Jack leaves.
- However, if John/Jack decides otherwise, we can see Randall attempt to flee cowardly before being killed by John/Jack. It doesn't help that killing him is done for satisfaction, which raises John/Jack's honor.
- When Andrew claims he tried to eat him, he responds that he needs to eat, which he obviously meant that he is going to devour Andrew while also begging John/Jack for help.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards of Red Dead when compared to Edmund Lowry Jr., who has a much higher kill count while also having more graphic and brutal kills and clearly has similar resources.
