Queen (real name Scien) was a member of the Beasts Pirates. He was a leading official in Udon Prison who oversaw the brutal treatments of the prisoners. Queen was also a member of MADS and used to collaborate with Vegapunk, Caesar Clown, and Vinsmoke Judge. He is a major antagonist of the Wano Country Saga in the One Piece anime and manga series.
In Japanese, he is voiced by Hiroki Takahashi. And in English, he is voiced by Major Attaway.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was actively supporting Kaido and Kurozumi Orochi's oppression of Wano.
- At some point in the past, he abandoned his son, Franky, without explanation.
- At some point in the past, he collaborated with unscrupulous individuals like Caesar Clown and Vinsmoke Judge to make weapons.
- Queen oversaw and ran Udon Prison where prisoners are abused on a regular basis by the guards and are forced into labor for the Beasts Pirates.
- He specialized in tormenting or overseeing the tormenting of prisoners in Udon Prison such as Eustass "Captain" Kidd and Killer.
- He was also behind keeping Kawamatsu, one of the Nine Red Scabbards, imprisoned for a long time.
- He sets up an arena match between Monkey D. Luffy and Hyogoro for his own amusement. He placed collars on them that will activate to behead them if they step out of the arena. He has them fight multiple Beasts Pirates as well.
- He furiously blamed King for enabling Big Mom invading Wano Country.
- Queen was in support of Kaido’s plan to drop Onigashima on the Flower Capital, oppressing the civilians of Wano, waging a world war and destroying the world. Queen went against anyone who stood up to Kaido and his plans.
- During the raid on Onigashima, Queen unleashed the Ice Oni virus on both enemies and allies alike. The virus transforms the victim’s body in a painful manner and causes them to lose their minds. In addition, it has a high fatality rate if it is not treated.
- Queen is shown to look down on lower-tier members of the Beasts Pirates and would mock them. When the Waiters and Pleasures were affected by the Ice Oni virus, Queen expressed no care for their well-being knowing that the virus can cause their deaths. However, when portion of the Beasts Pirates rebel against Queen for his callous act, he was outraged that they would betray him.
- During the raid, Queen attacked a defenseless geisha out of personal frustration from rejecting him by turning invisible. This act of cowardice provoked Sanji to defeat Queen.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is shown to be respectful to his Governor-General, Kaido. He is also willing to capture Big Mom and bring her to Kaido on Onigashima.
- He also respects Scratchman Apoo, allowed him to attend his performance and warned him to not drop the Ice Oni.
