Purple is the main antagonist of CG5's Among Us song Good to Be Alive. He is an imposter who goes around killing innocent crewmates to seemingly feed his own sadism.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- While he doesn't have any lines of dialogue, this doesn't effect his characterization as he is still shown to be very capable when it comes to manipulation, as well as affability as seen in his interactions with Yellow.
- Despite the lighthearted tone of the song, Purple's actions are still taken seriously in and out of the narrative.
- He starts his killing spree by cruelly pushing Blue into a volcano.
- He kills Red under a tree while no one is looking.
- Kills Cyan while they were presumably having fun on a cruise ship.
- Follows the other crewmates on the Skeld in order to continue his spree.
- Murders Pink while on the Skeld.
- Murders Orange while he is doing a Medbay Scan.
- Kills Brown by presumably breaking his back.
- Kills Green while Yellow isn't looking.
- Stacks the bodies of all the deceased crewmates together and then presents their ghosts to Yellow.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- While he is mostly taken seriously, he still has a few comedic moments that detract from his villainy, such as how the way he kills Brown is directly referencing Family Guy.
- He is genuinely affable towards Yellow, as seen by the fact that he doesn't try to kill him at any point, and ultimately takes a picture with him in order to make the other happy.

- He, along with Grey, are one of two CG5 characters to be considered Near Pure Evil.
- Coincidentally, they both originate from Among Us songs.
- He and his DAGames counterpart are the only versions of Purple to be Near Pure Evil.
