NOTE: This page only focuses on Pukin that appears in Limited and not her homunculi clone, who is not voted as Near Pure Evil. Thus only information about the original Pukin will be included here.


Pukin is the main antagonist of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.

She was an infamous ancient magical girl in Britain, whom she was partnered with the other magical girl Sonia Bean, making her responsible for starting a murder spree across the British Isles. She also served the former head of Magical Kingdom's examination division. However, after her past criminal actions came to light, Pukin was arrested in the past after her actions were exposed by the Magical Kingdom, leading to her arrest with Sonia. With Tot Pop and Pythie Frederica's help, however, they later break out of Magical Girl Prison, leading Pukin to be the de-facto leader of the Prisoners, who is actually manipulated by Pythie. She and her fellow Prisoners including Sonia and Tot seek Rain Pow, the assassin who is wanted by the Investigation Team.

She serves as the archenemy of both the Namiyama Magical Girls and the Investigation Team. After Sonia Bean's death, Pukin later turns on Pythie, making her the primary enemy for the Namiyama Magical Girls, Pythie herself and the Investigation Team; where she would brainwash the assassin Rain Pow as her servant.

What Makes Her Close to Pure Evil?[]

  • She abused her authority as the head of the Magical Kingdom’s examination division to be able to go kill multiple people across the British isles along with Sonia Bean and cover it up, of which led to their arrests.
  • She also abused her power to falsely accuse countless people and destroying their reputations before falsely imprisoning them, with her act of having countless people falsely accused and imprisoned for crimes they did not commit, which is a unique crime for the series as a whole.
  • Once she and Sonia were caught, she broke out of prison with Pythie Frederica and Tot Pop's help to continue her reign of terror.
  • She brainwashed and killed several more magical girls after breaking out of prison, including killing almost all of the Namiyama magical girls who were all young teenagers.
  • To make matters worse her brainwashing is extremely horrific as not only does she control her victim’s mind but she can also permanently alter their memories, make them suffer intense hallucinations, and damaging their senses.
  • In a particularly evil act she brainwashes Rain Pow into being her slave before forcing her to kill Toko and Postarie.
  • In addition to killing her victims she also tortures and eats them, including Toko, making her a cannibal.
  • She killed Kuru-Kuru Hime's father for no reason other than to make her suffer even more, which led to her wanting to avenge her father's death.
  • While she allied with Pythie Frederica at first, she later turns on her after the death of Sonia Bean, thus becoming the biggest threat to the heroes. Her actions would have almost caused the Magical Kingdom officials to blow up B-City to oblivion.
  • She sadistically taunts 7753 before attempting to murder her.
  • Despite being dead, Pukin's murders of the Namiyama Magical Girls (except Tepsekemei), Hana Gekokujou, and Archfiend Pam were considered personal villainy, as both Mana and 7753 post-Limited became grieving wrecks after that. This is especially worse in 7753's case as losing Pam, Hana, and the Namiyama girls had a drastic effect on her human form Kotori Nanaya, who became traumatised and alcoholic due to their losses. In Episodes Phi: The Goggles and the Tortoise, Mana was seen crying as she admitted that she was lonely after the death of her adopted sister Hana.
  • While other villains have done worse, Pukin easily passes the heinous standards as she has low resources and she has various unique crimes such as cannibalism, a unique and painful method of brainwashing, and mass false accusations which led to false imprisonment.
  • While she genuinely believes that all of her actions are justified and that she is a paragon of morality she is by no means a well-intentioned extremist as she is incredibly sadistic and none of her actions have a positive impact, if anything, her false claims of virtue make her even more evil and despicable.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Evil?[]

  • She genuinely cares about her partner in crime: Sonia Bean, as she had feelings for her and was extremely devastated by her death and getting enraged at Pythie for not saving Sonia. Despite that, however, this is a minor prevention as Pukin mouthed at Pythie for not doing so, despite the fact that Pukin herself was responsible for it.
