Pollution President Batcheed is the true leader and founder of the Gaiark and Crime Minister Yogoshimacretin's superior. He serves a major antagonist in the Super Sentai franchise, serving as the overarching antagonist of Engine Sentai Go-Onger, the main antagonist of the crossover film Samurai Sentai Shinkenger vs. Go-Onger: GinmakuBang!!, a posthumous antagonist in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and a minor antagonist in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Being the true leader of the Gaiark, he is responsible for all their conquests of the Braneworlds from polluting them to downright destroying them.
  • He personally laid waste to Grass World before conquering Gunman World so he could rule it with an ironed fist.
  • In the beginning mecha battle, he cheats in their western style duel and defeated Engine-Oh 12 (keep in mind, the Engines are sentient mecha who can talk and even reproduce), causing the Go-Ongers to be scattered into the countless Braneworlds.
  • He makes a deal with the Gedoshu where he would kill the Shinkengers for them in exchange for them giving some of their water.
  • He plans to use the Sanzu River to flood all of the Braneworlds in one go. What makes his plan unique is that it is more widespread and would kill countless people whereas Dokokou was only interested in flooding the Human World and Buredoran only tried to do so to Gosei World.
  • He sends his Ugatz after the Pollution Ministers (whom at the time have redeemed themselves) when they refuse to go along with his plan.
  • He tried to send the two red rangers away to a different dimension, only for the other Shinkengers protect them and get sucked in instead (though the outcome still satisfied him)
  • He had Homurakogi hold Hikoma Kusakabe and Bomper (the Shinkenger mentor and the Go-Onger's robot ally respectively) hostage to lure the two red rangers into a trap with multiple Ugatz and Nanashi.
  • He watched in satisfaction seeing Shinken Red and Go-On Red fight, not knowing it was a trick to rescue the hostages, and even laughed when it looked like they killed each other.
  • When the rest of both teams return to the Human World, he and his forces try to kill them all.
  • Upon enlarging himself, he used Homurakogi as a living shield to survive a super charge of the Oragami ad Engines, showing that he never cared about the Gedoshu except as pawns.
  • He connects himself to the machine he planned on sending the Sanzu River to the Braneworlds from to try killing all the rangers one last time and speed up the process.
  • In Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen, he aides in the Dai-Zangyack's plans.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He fails the Heinous Standards to Yogoshimacritein, whom due to being lower ranked than Batcheed has lesser resources and used them to order the destruction of 3 Braneworlds (which he did not on Batcheed's orders, but rather for his own personal ambitions and selfish schemes) while the full extent of his role in the Gaiark's assaults not fleshed out beyond personally laying waste to one and conquering another. Yogoshimacritein is also way more cruel to his henchmen, which is treated much more personally than Homurakogi as Kegalesia and Kitaneidas are fellow Gaiarks rather than an unrelated ally in addition to denouncing his own son as useless.

Trivia[]

  • He is the only villain from either Go-Onger or Shinkenger to be NPE, as well as the only Sentai NPE so far from a teamup movie.
  • His Power Rangers counterpart Professor Cog is not considered NPE due to wanting to flood just one dimension (with the indication that Venjix ordered him to do so) as well as being a mere general who isn't quite heinous compared to Venjix and Serrator.
  • Gokaiger episodes 35 and 36 reveals that he had a son, Pollution President Babatcheed who tried to lead the remaining Gaiarks in takng over the Human World. However, whether or not he cared about his son is not revealed since the father is long dead and Babatcheed was not known until he appeared in Gokaiger. If it was confirmed that he cared for him, it may have either removed him from his NPE status or would've been another minor prevention.
  • Batcheed is the third Gaiark member whose actions are presented in a purely serious and non-comedic way, making him among the darkest villains in the Go-Onger series on par with Kireizky and Yogoshimacritein. Other villains who were confronted before him are all comical, loyal and/or above all, protective. He is also the only Go-Onger villain to be Near Pure Evil.
