Pinhead is the main antagonist of Hellraiser 3 (Hell on Earth) unlike Eliot Spencer however, he is cenobite who controls him and thus a separate character

What makes him close to Pure Evil?[]
- He is the one responsible for the brutal mass murders and tortures committed by Spencer in almost every movie.
- Somehow managing to become alive in the pillar he was stuck in; he brutally kills Sandy by ripping off her skin and eating her.
- Ordered J.P Monroe into luring a woman but betrayed him and forced the woman into watching as he showed pistons in Monroe's head.
- Went to J.P's club and proceeded to massacre over 200 people in brutal ways and turn some into sadistic Cenobites, including turning docs head into a camera.
- The cenobites he made killed dozens of innocent civilians, a threat or not.
- Attacked a church by destroying the alter, the crucifix of a priest, and forcing him to eat pieces of himself.
- Manipulated Joey into giving him the box and attempted to torture her before being stopped by Eliot
- Possessed Elliot Spencer and attempted to damn him to torture.
What prevents Pinhead from being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite having clear sadism, he has moral agency as he was split from Elliot Spencer and became completely evil.
