NOTE: This page is only for Pinhead's characterization in Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth, considering the other counterparts were not voted Near Pure Evil. Therefore, only the threequel version's info and crimes should be listed here.

Pinhead is the main antagonist of the 1992 supernatural horror film Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth, the third installment of the Hellraiser film series.

Unlike the original version of Elliott Spencer, however, this version of him is a cenobite who controls him and thus is a separate character from the original host.

He was portrayed by Doug Bradley.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close To Pure Evil?[]

  • He was the one responsible for the mass murders and tortures committed by Spencer in almost every film.
  • He brutally killed Sandy by ripping off her skin and eating her.
  • He ordered J.P Monroe to lure a woman to sacrifice, but betrayed him and forced the woman to watch as Monroe had pistons shoved into his head.
  • He went to J.P's club and proceeded to massacre over 200 people in brutal ways and turn some into Cenobites, including turning docs head into a camera.
  • By association, the murders, and destruction would be all his fault.
  • He attacked a church by destroying the alter, the crucifix of a priest, and forcing him to eat pieces of himself.
  • He manipulated Joey into giving him the box and attempted to torture her before being stopped by Elliott.
  • He possessed Elliott Spencer and attempted to torture him indefinitely.

What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Despite showing clear sadism, he had moral agency issues as he was split from Elliot Spencer and technically became completely evil.
