Sir Kim, also known as Pet Shop is the main protagonist of the I Grow Stronger by Eating web novel that received a manhwa adaptation.
He is an international criminal and poacher with the ability to transform into any creature he eats. Eventually, he was tracked down by Eddie Montoya until escaping and awakening in a new world, where he furthered his experimentations and animalistic abilities. He allies himself with Prince Edward, the reincarnation of Eddie in order to defeat the Demon King. After defeating the Demon King (as well as his real goal, killing the warrior), he becomes the Hero of the New World. He continues to live on as a mercenary under the name Jack Clark who goes around doing various missions and quests, meeting a new ally named Lionhands Purecreed along the way.

The Past[]
- He had no emotional attachments to his parents and brother, viewing them as inferior species.
- Used his monstrous powers to become the most wanted crime lord of Earth putting his loved family in danger and if this wasn't enough, he became even worse after they were killed.
- Poached a lot of animals without showing signs of remorse, sadness, respect or doubt.
- Strangled his Martial Arts instructor because he was annoyed.
- While one could argue that he is a feral creature that lacks mind and morality, this is not the case as he not only consumes more than the necessary, but he sadistically enjoys killing innocents, destroying places, and provoke calamities over the world just because he likes to do so and not for moral agency issues
Season 1[]
- Escaped arrest from Eddie Montoya and killed dozens of soldiers to do so.
- Killed an innocent man to absorb his brain and learn the language of the New World.
- Murdered a baby dragon’s mother and framed it on the trolls, causing it to nearly massacre the Troll Kingdom.
- He kept the Troll chief alive as a decapitated head to experiment on him for several days.
- Killed the innocent humans being brainwashed by General Gluttony without a second thought.
- He brutally slaughtered General Greed's henchmen after they were no longer a threat by burning them to death even when asked by The Warrior not too.
- Massacred the demon town of Stuccfit and nearly killed Miden and his sister Miron Half-Finned (who are both innocent children.) Miron was crushed under debris he caused which led Miden to think his sister died and seek revenge on him, though Pet Shop just burned him and gave his body permanent burns. While Miden spent the rest of his life planning revenge on him, Pet Shop mocked him over his sisters death then killed him. Meanwhile, Miron actually survived this attack but lost her memories.
- Corrupted The Paladin (an already benevolent warrior girl with no previous signs of malice) into becoming evil like him.
- Incited a town riot by disguising himself as a drunkard who and faked being murdered by the bandits.
- Out of spite for stealing one of his cuisines, he broke into Julio Aventura's house by assaulting his wife then killing his son (which he justifies as self-defense) while sadistically smiling then only leaves when Julio apologizes. Julio later confronts him about his family's loss, asking how he could hurt a child. Pet Shop dismisses him and brags that he has slaughtered countless children then proceeds to kill Julio. While Julio was a scummy con artist, nor he nor his family deserved to die so horrifically.
Season 2[]
- Considered killing a waiter for talking too much.
- Killed Ellemia el Piris (although she may have deserved it for being a spy) which provoked her the elf king, her brother, Lexus to declare war on all humans. Pet Shop would proceed to decimate the Elf King and his army all after this in a fiery rage when they waged a war, he is indirectly responsible for.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He genuinely cared and loved his family, and was very devastated when they died, becoming more spiteful and violent over the time.
- He is slightly tragic due to having experienced his wife and older son killed by soldiers as part of the Legion Project.
- Due to the nature of the series, he has a few comedic moments that detract him a bit from villainy like the ones with the female Paladin.
