His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is a chief lifeguard who has built up a good reputation for himself in New York. He abuses his position to rape and extort the lifeguards working under him.
- When Diego Rodriguez applies for a job as a lifeguard, Greco hires him and acts kind, gaining his trust. However, he later goes on to overpower and rape him, leaving him traumatized.
- He raped Daniela Cruz who tried out to become a lifeguard for him, too, traumatizing her. His actions against Diego and Daniela destroyed their relationship with each other.
- He hires four unqualified life-guards, changing their scores, and he extorts them for sex in exchange hiring them.
- Due to his actions of hiring incompetent lifeguards, he causes the drowning deaths of nine people, including a young child, who are all would have lived had qualified lifeguards been employed.
- When Martina, Diego's younger sister tries out, Greco touches, harasses, and intends to rape her.
- The day after Diego reveals to SVU that Greco raped him, he goes back to work for Greco while drunk. To stop Diego from talking, Greco arranges for Diego's death and sends him out into the water, knowing he is drunk and blackmails one of his lifeguards by threatening to show pictures of their sexual acts together unless he allows Diego to drown. Detective Joe Velasco attempts to save Diego, who dies, which deeply upsets and traumatizes him, thus giving Greco some personal villainy towards Velasco. Diego's death is also deeply upsetting towards Diego's family, Martina wanting justice against Greco for her brother's rape.
- To stop Daniela from testifying, Greco gets to her father's parole officer and threatens to have Daniela's father sent back to prison, successfully stopping Daniel from going to court.
- When questioned over what he has done and the drowning deaths he caused, Greco acts arrogantly and shows no remorse of any of his crimes, blaming the deaths of the victims themselves.
- Diego's death continues to stick with Velasco who struggles to grapple with the fact that he was unable to save Diego.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
- Due to the full number of people he rapes and extorted being unknown, he suffers from Fridge Horror and fails the heinous standards to characters like Adam Grafton, as aside from Diego's death which he set up, the other drowning deaths that he caused are indirect.
