Papa Louie is the titular main antagonist of the YouTube web-series Papa's Canibalia, created by Awful cartoons for Awful kids. Based on the popular Papa Louie franchise created by Flipline Studios.
Unlike like his original counterpart who is a kindhearted and selfless chef, he is a greedy serial killer who owns an island wheee people are cannibalized in mass numbers for his own pride. He could also be considered the overarching antagonist of the series.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He started a business with one of the most horrible crimes there can be, being cannibalism.
- Louie kills anyone who he views as "poor" and "unimportant", tricking said people into meeting in a special place to give them what he promised (part-time job, drugs, alcohol and so on depending on the person) to then strangle the victim to death.
- After that, Louie trims their flesh from skin and veins, if the victim was hard on drugs, parts of the body in which they were more injected are thrown out.
- He threatens Jakob, his own worker, into killing him and turning him into a dish if he doesn't hurry up with the customer's food.
- It is revealed that all the island is surrounded with electric fences, preventing anyone from escaping. Which means Louie purposely traps all the residents in the island to kill them for their flesh, which is the main reason Penny, and her group were trying to escape the Island.
- He kidnaps Jakob to get him to a private building where he has a reunion with his workers.
- It is revealed that the meat Jack was eating is Penny's flesh, meaning Louie killed and cooked her remains as a warning for Jack if he ever tries to betray him.
- It could also be possible he killed the rest of Penny's friends, though this isn't confirmed.
- He basically established a dictatorship who anyone he views as "unimportant" is killed and then cannibalized, and the same thing happens to anyone who dares to try to escape the island. Even if Louie doesn't view them as people with "low social status", as he more than willing to do the same to his workers if they don't do things the way he likes.
- While one could argue he relies on Fridge Horror, this is not the case since we have clear evidence in the first episode of the series. Which shows 4 skinned human bodies in the Bake Station, and not only that but the final episode has Jack cooking a human head. All of this confirms Louie is the one behind the cannibalism in the Island.
- While it is theorized that he suffers from dementia, this isn't confirmed as is only said in a warning. And even if it was confirmed, it doesn't affect his moral agency since he clearly knows from right and wrong and yet choses to do the latter.
- While he does show respect towards his more successful workers, he was still willing to kill Jack if he fails or betrays him.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is truly affable towards his own workers and treats them with respect. He even names Jack as his heir, and there's no proof that says this isn't genuine. Not to mention the fact the ending states that "Louie is proud of you" further confirms this. however, the threats he made to Jack when he started working, the fact that he is untrustful enough of Jack to order him to be kidnapped for the dinner and him briefly calling Jack a traitor during his speech, make this a somewhat minor prevention.
Trivia[]
- While Louie's exact kill count is unknown, we could get an estimated number based on the first day Jack worked on Canibalia, in which there were 4 bodies. It could be said that he kills at least 4 people per day, making his kill count at least of 396 people.
