His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Offered the horse Julius to play a super game, with the prize being his skin, and after he lost, ordered the knackers to skin him.
  • He also offered the camel Vasya to play a super game, and after his loss, ordered his knackers to skin him.
  • When he met Julius for the second time, he again ordered the Skinners to skin him alive.
  • After learning about the Prince's problems, he said he would help him, and asks Julius to take him to him. However, his friendliness was a pretense, because then he offered him to play the lottery, and with the help of fraud seizes power in Kiev and expels the Prince and Julius from there.
  • Having seized power in Kiev, he massively organizes gambling there, because of which many residents lost all their property.
  • When the Three Bogatyrs tried to win back Kiev from him, he dishonestly defeated them in table hockey, after which he drove them out of the city as well.
  • And although he called Tikhon a "joker", this seems to be simply finding him funny rather than genuine kindness.
  • He doesn't react at all when his assistants, the Skinners, are defeated and fall into the hands of the statue of the Prince.
  • When cornered, he turned into a giant demonic oak in a last attempt to kill Bogatyrs and Tikhon, using the statue of the Prince with Skinners, despite the fact that it could hurt them, and destroying many buildings in the process.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He has a bit of honor, because he was willing to forgive Julius and not hurt him after he brought him to the Prince.
  • Although he is taken seriously for most of the cartoon, there are some comedic moments that distract from his villainies, such as the moment when he renamed Kiev to Las Kiev, as well as his defeat, where even the Skinners laugh at him.
