Nyssa al Ghul, also known as Theresa Walker, is one of the main antagonists (alongside the Penguin and Jeremiah Valeska) of the Season 5 of Gotham.

She is the daughter to Ra's al Ghul and Secretary of Homeland Security who goes by the alias of Theresa Walker. As part of her plans, Nyssa wants to kill Bruce Wayne and Barbara Kean and destroy Gotham City out of revenge for her father's death.

She was portrayed by Jaime Murray, who also voiced Carmilla in Netflix's Castlevania.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?

• She allied with Hugo Strange to implant chips in Edward Nygma and Leslie Thompkin's brains as a way to try and brainwash them to commit crimes for her.
• After her father Ra's al Ghul and Jeremiah Valeska cause "cataclysm" in Gotham City that leaves the city cut off from the mainland with no access to supplies, Nyssa al Ghul actively deprived Gotham of the necessary aid and resources it would need to build the city back up.
• She had Edward Nygma destroy a helicopter from Wayne Enterprises that would have helped many civilians.
• She had the brainwashed Edward Nygma bomb Haven killing 300 people.
• Nyssa al Ghul, along with Eduardo Dorrance and Hugo Strange, tried to incriminate Edward Nygma for the mass murder and had him killed as part of a cover up.
• Nyssa al Ghul repaired Eduardo Dorrance with the help of Hugo Strange, making him into the supervillain known as Bane. Her intentions were to make him a formidable enemy to anyone who would oppose her.
• Nyssa tortured Bruce Wayne and had Jim Gordon battered by Bane when she captured them.
• Nyssa intended to go after Barbara Kean, knowing that she was pregnant. When Barbara gave birth, Nyssa took Barbara's baby and had no problem with orphaning Barbara’s daughter.
• Nyssa had her military force, the Delta force, go into Gotham in her masterplan to destroy the city and kill the civilians.
• She abandoned Dorrance, Strange and the Delta Force leaving them on their own as she escaped from Gotham.

What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?

• She was deeply sad that her father died. She teared up when Bruce brought up her father's name, showing that she cared for him.
