Nohmen is a minor antagonist in Yozakura Family serving as a minor antagonist in the Tanpopo Invasion Arc. He was the former owner of the Dandy Lion Hotel before joining Tanpopo.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He tests drugs for Tanpopo, specifically the Hazakura Drug for Kawashita's Seed-Sowing Project.
- During his fight with Taiyo, he crushes his Yae and sends him flying across the Hotel room.
- He tries choking Taiyo to death until Shinzo arrives to help Taiyo in the fight.
- During his fight with Shinzo, he threatens to blow up the entire Dandy Lion Hotel with all the guests and staff inside, which he used to previously own just for the sake of getting Shinzo's guard down.
- He tries to convince Shinzo to let himself die if he can't fight him, until Shinzo defeats him with a Spring Thunder and saves the entire Hotel from blowing up.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has standards when it comes to harming children, he would rather kill them on the spot than torture them to death if they get in his way, making their deaths quick and painless.
- He accepts his defeat from Taiyo and Shinzo and even praises them for managing to defeat him, he also praised Taiyo during his fight with him for stabbing him with a knife.
