Ness & Lucas are the signature "Butchers" and the secondary antagonists of the web series There Will Be Brawl. After being experimented on by Mewtwo and Kirby they gain psychic powers and go on a killing spree.

What Makes Them Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- They killed dozens of people after getting lose on the world.
- The way they kill their victims is absolutely horrifying, they brutally torture and dismember their victims ripping out their organs and completely destroying the body.
- When they killed Mewtwo they shoved all his organs in a Pokeball, they were also responsible for killing Pichu and King Dedede as well as many more they would always kill their victims in this extremely horrible way.
- They would also take their victims and stitch their skin to use as trophies.
- When Luigi discovers who they are Ness and Lucas start torturing him. They also use Peach’s corpse as a way to psychologically torment Luigi before going on to torture Ganondorf.
- While they don’t have any lines, they have a clear sadistic personality, meaning they don't lack personality.
What Prevents Them from Being Pure Evil?[]
- They were the victims of extremely horrible experiments by Mewtwo and Kirby that left them completely mentally broken to the point where their moral agency is severely compromised. Though this does end up pretty minor as we don’t have the full details and we do still see a sadistic personality from them.

- They are both the only versions of both Ness & Lucas to be Near Pure Evil and the only Smash Bros Near Pure Evils along with Ganondorf, despite coming from a Fan Work.
