NOTE: This page is just for fun and is meant to represent what Near Pure Evil would look like if it was on TV Tropes or any other trope based site.

The Near Pure Evil villain is a type of villain who is as heinous as a Pure Evil villain, but the villain has notable preventions that bars them from being Pure Evil. These villains have many traits in common with Pure Evil villains, but they either have redeeming qualities/mitigating factors that are minimal or were insufficiently heinous by the standards of the story.
