In the Japanese versions of the games and anime, she was voiced by Megumi Toyoguchi. In the English dubbed versions, she was voiced by Amanda Celine Miller in the games, and by Jamie Marchi in the anime.
Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
Danganronpa Gaiden Killer Killer[]
- Slaughters an entire middle school with a knife on her sister's order. This scene is described brutally as one of student has even teared up seeing corpses and innocents that Mukuro killed.
- This event caused one of the survivors to become a serial killer themselves and caused a group of women to worship her and emulate her crimes.
Danganronpa 3[]
- Murdered several security guards to get to Izuru.
- Helped her sister set up the First Killing Game by kidnapping the student council. When one of them tried to resist, she callously shot them.
- Kidnapped Mikan Tsumuki and has her brainwashed by Junko.
- Lobotomizes Chisa Yukizome which causes her to be driven into despair, as Chisa painfully screams, pleading for mercy that Mukuro rejects.
Danganronpa Zero[]
- Kills two members of the Steering Committee, though to be fair, they deserved it.
- Kills all 8 Madarai brothers, both directly and via traps.
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc[]
- Alongside her sister, they kidnapped the loved ones of their classmates to use as motives for the killing game. This causes Sayaka's breakdown and being driven into insanity.
- Alongside Junko, she started the Killing Game by erasing their classmates' memories, in order to make them want to go home.
- She impersonated Junko to make it easier for Junko to monitor the game, playing the script given to her, only to get her comeuppance.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She possesses genuine care for a few people:
- She genuinely cares and loves her younger sister and will do anything she asks even if it hurts her, she will also go to great lengths to protect her as shown when Izuru attacked her sister and when she died, she was heartbroken as she thought Junko never really cared for her (when in fact she did).
- She's in love with Makoto Naegi because he was the first person to ever smile at her and protects him in Danganronpa Zero and in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, she only smiled at the photo because Makoto was the one to take it. While she would kill him for Junko's sake, she was at the same time hesitant to ever do that, also when Junko thought he could be a threat to her plans, while Mukuro answered her that he is just a loser, it was just to prevent that Junko think that Makoto would be a threat, and she was afraid if she was planning to kill him.
- She is tragic as she suffered horrible treatment from her twin sister and made her into what she is. However, considering the lack of sympathy, that same tragedy makes this very minor.
Trivia[]
- Her version in Danganronpa IF cannot count, as she rebels against Junko and redeems herself with the help of Makoto. She is also far more affable and tragic, due to the story focusing on her perspective.
