Philip Giggles better known as Mr. Giggles or the Entertainer is the final Elusive Target of HITMAN. A highly eccentric induvial, Mr. Giggles runs an underground circus called Soiree Horrible, inspired by La Theatre du Grand-Guignol. Soiree Horrible aims for the same horror Grand Guignol induced, only without any sort of effects. Instead, Mr. Giggles includes very real disturbing and illegal actions, with such things as animal fights and deadly blood sports being listed as things his circus attractions include.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He organnizes Soiree Horrible, which consists in putting animals in grotesque and disturbing death attractions such as "Jack Jouvin's Dilemma", "The Puppet and the Hunger", "The Burning of the Innocent Man", or "The Hag and the Scissors".
  • He is deeply sadistic as he wants his crowd to be as disturbed and disgusted as possible and is willing to far beyond animal torture.
  • It's implied he hires humans in his "games" too, leaving them expose to the same amount of torture.
  • He hires one of his employees to take a camel for his latest game so that people could maul it to death with a chainsaw.
  • When the man tells he couldn't find a camel, he reveals to him that he poisoned his coffee, and when the man believes it's a joke, Mr. Giggles tells him he wasn't kidding and lets the man rush to the bathroom to vomit the poison in time while Mr. Giggles sadistically watches him.
  • He plans on using pandas for his next game and have them eat each other. He then tells his assistant to put Chinese on the guest list and hopes that they hate the idea, and when she tells him she hasn't talked to them yet, he threatens to fire her.
  • While the Hitman heinous standards are very high, Mr. Giggles passes it because of his ridiculously disturbing level of torture and his deep sadism.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He relies a bit on Fridge Horror, since we don't get to see the full extent of his attractions and how painful it is, and it's unknown how many humans he got involved and killed. However, we still have an idea of what his games are about because of their titles and concept, so it's a minor prevention.

Trivia[]

  • He is the only Elusive Target in the World of Assassination Trilogy to be Near Pure Evil.
