Motor-Runner is a minor antagonist in Fallout: New Vegas.
He is the founder and leader of The Fiends who was paid by Caesar to start a war with the NCR. He is responsible for the coordination of Fiends attacks.
He is voiced by Jesse Burch, who also voices Driver Nephi and St. James in the same game.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is the founder of The Fiends which makes him responsible for their multiple crimes.
- He is also responsible for creation of two Near Pure Evils (Violet and Driver Nephi) and is indirectly responsible for their crimes.
- He is also responsible for influencing Dermot and St. James into becoming sex slavers.
- He made most of Fiends to take drugs to turn them into remorseless killers he also doesn't care much about his people considering the fact that he kicked out many of them from Vault for being too unstable.
- Tricked residents of Vault 3 into letting him and his gang in and brutally murdered all of them, giving him kill count of around thousand people.
- Some lines imply that under his leadership his gang was sometimes raiding Outer Vegas (Westside and Freeside).
- Agreed to start a war with NCR after being paid by Caesar.
- He is responsible for deaths of dozens of NCR soldiers during war and deaths of multiple innocent travelers who were presumably brutally tortured to death considering how mutilated their bodies were.
- He is responsible for kidnappings of multiple caravans.
- Some time before action of Fallout: New Vegas he kidnapped entire caravan and keep all surviving members of it in cage.
- After one of prisoner had stolen keycard from him and wanted to save his friends, he had him killed and left his body with other prisoners as warning.
- He murdered multiple NCR soldiers and assassins sent after him, to make it worst he decapitated dead bodies of his victims and put their heads as decorations in his throne room.
- He bought slaves from Dermot and St. James on two separate occasions:
- His first slave delivery heavily implies that he is pedophile considering due the fact how much he paid for a young girl, to make it worst he murdered the girl's father for punching him while trying to protect his daughter.
- During his second delivery he advised Dermot to sell slaves to Driver Nephi and Cook-Cook presumably because he knew about their deviancy and that they will pay more for children.
- He is also heavily implied to murdering an infant who was sold to him, what makes him the only person who committed infanticide in Fallout.
- He will try to kill Courier if they will either make him angry or simply challenge him.
- If he wasn't killed earlier he will attack Camp McCarran and either will be defeated and lose multiple of his people (in most endings) will butcher every NCR soldier and mercenary stationed here (Independent Vegas) or end up killing multiple soldiers but eventually being killed with his entire gang by securitrons (Mr. House ending).
- In Independent New Vegas ending he and his gang will start terrorizing entire Outer Vegas and secure their position as the strongest gang.
- Him being betrayed by Legion and having his gang butchered is karmatic ending for him and isn't presented sympathetic.
- While his underlings with lesser resources committed more brutal and disgusting crimes personally, Motor-Runner still stands out considering the fact that he caused by proxy more than a thousand deaths.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He seems to be truly affable towards the Courier, being the only fiend to not be outwardly aggressive towards them and shows them respect.
- He cares about his dogs BoneGnash and GhashBone as well as the Fiends as a whole, referring to them as "my people".
