Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Before the main events of the episode, she had already conquered numerous planets before settling on Earth, going far beyond the high Heinous Standards of the other supervillains who commit smaller crimes on Earth.
- She presents herself to WordGirl, who is very flustered at balancing her superhero life with her personal life, as an ally, shocked at Dr. Two Brains' second brain (foreshadowing her bullying). It's implied that this is her routine, to go around planets, befriending superheroes, and training them, just to betray them later and take over the planet.
- She bullies The Butcher for being "stinky" to lower his morale. While she does apologize for the abuse and agrees to let WordGirl teach her how to use words more wisely, she instead told WordGirl about how the villains are just heartless criminals who mess up her day, so she should mock them because that's their weakness, then she can get on with her day.
- After they both save the town hall from being crushed by Chuck the Evil Sandwich Making Guy, she mocks him for his sandwich head, he also reveals that he had bought the last Pretty Princess doll causing WordGirl to finally snap and flip out at Chuck. She even snatches the doll from him and later gives it "back" to WordGirl.
- Even though Miss Power's advice makes some sense and she helps WordGirl fix her problems, it's ultimately just a way to turn WordGirl obedient towards her. They then go on to mock Tobey McCallister (although he was destroying the city with his robots). She even mocked WordGirl for being late for her dad even though it was her own fault.
- WordGirl, her friends, and people all over the city to become more mean towards others because of Miss Power's bad influence. Mrs. Botsford saw through the trick and had to discipline the kids for being disrespectful to her.
- She endangers the Exposition Guy by grabbing him by the his overcoat the past the edge of a hot air balloon.
- As Dr. Two Brains robs the jewelry store to pay for his cheese schemes, he's one of the few villains who isn't affected by Miss Power's bullying, so she instead says she'll never let him eat cheese again and that it's impossible to punish a villain too far.
- The moment Reginald, who she just saved, is rude to her, she arrests him even though Mrs. Bostford points out being rude isn't a crime, an example of her hypocrisy. Even further, she says that because she has power, she can use it however she wants. This means that she's not saving the city from villains out of honor, but to prove how powerful, abusive, chaotic, and ruthless she is to Earth.
- When WordGirl finally tells Miss Power she's wrong, she brings her through the city streets, a subway station and into outer space, calling her ungrateful and moves on to take over Earth all by herself, and shows everyone how WordGirl is "defeated". This is when Wordgirl realizes Miss Power is actually evil.
- She shows up at the Botsford's house and immediately brings Mrs. Botsford to jail because she disagreed with her earlier.
- She is so sadistic and out of control that she puts absolutely anyone in jail if they disagree with her (even though there is not enough jail cells for everybody) and announces she will rule the whole planet.
- Mrs. Botsford has to team up the other villains, despite all they've done, to stop Miss Power. She easily takes out all the supervillains and even tries to kill Dr. Two Brains with her laser eyes until WordGirl interrupts her.
- It turns out she isn't actually any stronger than WordGirl, and after everyone refuses to accept her bullying, she is forced to leave Earth in defeat, and perhaps becomes free to take over other planets despite her unexpected humiliation.
- While the rest of the supervillains are affably evil, comedic, incompetent, on & off, or all four, Miss Power is a completely different type of villain who is cruel, hegemonic, dark, complex and extremely egotistical and hypocritical. Besides, she is the reason most of the villains in the show are on & off in the first place, because they joined forces to fight against her.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- A few of her crimes are committed offscreen and also reliant on Fridge Horror. She says that she's conquered many other worlds, but the effects of those events are never shown or implied.
Trivia[]
- She and Diesel 10 (TATMR) are the only two PBS Kids villains confirmed Near Pure Evil as of now.
