Michael Earlson is the main antagonist of the Criminal Minds episode "P911".
He is a pedophilic rapist who abducted Dustin Powers as a baby and sexually abused him for six years. When Dustin grows too old for him, he decides to sell him in an online auction for other pedophiles.
He was portrayed by David Pevsner.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He commited multiple sex crimes in the past that put him in the registry for sex offenders.
- 6 years prior to the events of the episode he kidnapped a one year old Dustin Powers and raped him for six years straight.
- During that time, he also recorded pictures and videos of what he did to Dustin and posted them online.
- In the present he attempted to sell Dustin to other pedophiles because he had grown too old for him. Among the pedophiles that bidded online for Dustin was Hayden Rawlings.
- When his first attempt failed after learning from the news that Rawlings was arrested, he stuffs Dustin into a suitcase and attempted to flee the city so he can try to sell him again, which thankfully failed due to the timely intervention of the BAU and Agent Katherine Cole.
- Upon being apprehended, Earlson cements his lack of remorse by sadistically smiling at Agent Cole when she leaves the interrogation room.
- After Dustin was rescued, it was revealed that Earlson had brainwashed the boy into believing that Earlson is his father.

- Much like J.B. Allen, Michael Earlson fails the absurd Heinous Standards to select-few other pedophiles and murderers in Criminal Minds.
