| ~ Sunny recounting Mari's abuse |
Mari is the main antagonist of the fanfic False Heaven based on the Indie RPG Omori. She is an alternate version of the character who, contrary to the canon version, sexually abused her twelve-year-old brother several times, to the point where he accidentally killed her by throwing her down the stairs.
Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She raped her 12-year-old brother, Sunny, for years, to the point where he still has hallucinations of her and even didn't want to be touched by girls, including his girlfriend and even his mother.
- It's implied that she hit her brother when she tried to rape him after he broke his violin.
- Since is confirmed that the canon game story also happened in the fanfic, she's directly responsible for Basil trying to kill himself out of guilt for not helping Sunny.
- Her actions have Aubrey trying to get rid of anything that related to her, going from vandalizing her grave to stalking a girl who looks like her.
- It is implied that Aubrey keeps her hair pink so her natural hair doesn't remind her and Sunny of Mari.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She doesn't have enough characterization to be Pure Evil without a line of dialogue in the entire story; though this is minor, as the story makes it clear that she had a friendly facade and was secretly a deviant.
Trivia[]
- This version of Mari was based on another fanfic called Hands, in which Mari committed actions similar to this one, but this version is Pure Evil because she shows her personality, and her actions are undoubtedly worse than the False Heaven version.
- The author of Hands even approved the story due to taking the issue seriously.
- Ironically, her canon counterpart is Near Pure Good.
