Marco Rodriguez is a major antagonist and survivor in Season 2's Fear the Walking Dead. He also serves as the leader of the Los Hermanos cartel gang situated in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, killing anyone whom he crosses paths with, living and dead alike, as well as abducting them with the intent of raiding La Colonia and claim it as their own.
He was portrayed by Alejandro Edda.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Prior to the zombie outbreak, it is implied that Marco had killed his family for selfish reasons, but spared his sister since she was part of his gang.
- Came close to chopping Nick's hand off with a machete when he caught him stealing a snack from the El Pelícano Supermarket. Marco had only spared him because Nick had struck a deal with him in being able to retrieve drugs for not only him and his gang, but also his sister.
- Had abducted Francisco, Laura and Ana when he caught them trying to leave La Colonia. He interrogated Francisco as to where the settlement was before executing them. He also had his previous victims executed inside the supermarket.
- Threatened to kill Madison and Elena when Madison demanded to know where her son Nick is. Had Antonio Reyes not stepped in and ordered the two to leave, Marco would've executed them both.
- It is highly likely that Marco and his gang kills anything he crosses paths with, living and dead alike, showing no care the current state the world became.
- Joined forces with Ramiro and his gang, even calling off Nick's deal after discovering La Colonia. He informed Nick that Marco and his gang are intending to take over La Colonia and kill anyone that hasn't left the settlement, showing no care as to what happens to them (and even implies that he'll have La Colonia's residents killed in cold-blood if they haven't already left). While they did succeeded in raiding La Colonia, it was short-lived as Alejandro, being the sole survivor and dying of infection after being bitten by a walker, unleashed a horde of undead, effectively wiping out Marco and his gang and becoming zombified themselves as a result.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- In one scene, Marco is seen tending to his sick sister inside the supermarket who was suffering from withdrawals. It was never shown that Marco was tending his sister out of pragmatic reasons, but rather, out of genuine care.
- In addition, while he has indeed killed his own family prior to the outbreak likely out of murderous intent, he still spared his sister because she was part of his gang, and was also seen checking up on her in the supermarket, which is still an indication that he cares about his sister.

- Both he and Theodore Maddox are the only two Fear the Walking Dead villains to be Near Pure Evil.
