Malware is a major antagonist in the Ben 10 franchise, serving as one of the four main antagonists (alongside Milleous, Zs'Skayr and Proctor Servantis) of Omniverse.
He is a corrupted Galvanic Mechamorph who wanted to destroy his "father", Azmuth, out of hatred and the belief Azmuth only viewed him as a failed experiment. He would later join forces with Dr. Psychobos and Khyber to take down Azmuth and Ben.
He was voiced by Corey Burton, who also voiced Lythos and Stratos in Hercules, Zeus in the God of War franchise, Shockwave in Transformers: Animated, Cad Bane in the Star Wars franchise, Brainiac in LEGO DC Super-Villains and Nitros Oxide in the Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled remake.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- When he grew impatient with how long Azmuth was taking to fix him, he kidnapped Albedo to try and restore his corrupted form, even threatening to kill Albedo if he boasted about his intellect one more time.
- While rampaging, he drained the energy of several Galvanic Mechamorphs and nearly killed them had Azmuth not acted quickly.
- After his body is transformed, he declares himself superior to all of his kind, desiring to gain more power and upgrade himself with the Omnitrix.
- He, along with Dr. Psychobos and Khyber, captured Phil and used him as a test subject for the Nemetrix.
- After integrating a Tachyon Cannon, he prepares to kill the Tennysons with it, and when Max remarks that he could annihilate every human within 100 miles with it, Malware views it as a bonus.
- After seeing how much Ben favors Feedback, he destroys him alien in front of Ben. This event would deal major psychological trauma to Ben, who immediately backed away in fear upon meeting Malware again five years later and, originally regarding him lightly as any other enemy, treats him as a very serious threat.
- He pushes a fully loaded fuel truck towards a bus full of children to buy time for his escape.
- While retrieving the DNA sample from the Omnivoracious, Malware kills two Galvanic Mechamorph guards who try to stop them.
- He infects Galvan B, forcing it to self-destruct and nearly eradicating the entire species of Galvanic Mechamorphs.
- He gloats to Azmuth about having destroyed his favorite creations.
- Even when Azmuth offers a chance for peace and to heal his pain, Malware refuses, believing that Azmuth continues to conspire against him.
- He attempts to integrate himself with Galvan Prime itself, taking over the planet and preparing to kill the Galvan species in the process.
- He causes mass destruction across the planet and attacks the main city of Galvan Prime.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a tragic past, as his life code was incomplete and corrupted due to his creation process being interrupted and wanting to be cured.
- He believes that Azmuth only ever saw him as a failure and actually yearned for his love and approval, only for this to be corrupted by his twisted mind.
- He has some slight moral agency issues, as the incomplete creation process is stated to have corrupted his mind from the moment of his birth.
