Malgosha is the main antagonist of the 2025 fantasy action-adventure film A Minecraft Movie, based on Mojang Studios Minecraft franchise.
She is the tyrannical ruler of the Netherworld, as well as the Queen of the Piglins who sends her army into Overworld to destroy their world while searching for the Orb of Dominance. She is also the mother of General Chungus and the arch-nemesis of Steve.
She is portrayed by Allan Henry in motion-capture and voiced by Rachel House who also played Mama Binturong in The Lion Guard.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She is a harsh ruler and leader towards her minions and subjects, which is shown when she cruelly killed a young Piglin just for showing her a nice drawing they made, and even having the Great Hog murder General Chungus (her own son) for his failure of not capturing Steve and The Misfits. Not even the Great Hog is safe from her, as she berated him and orders him to kill The Misfits.
- While A Minecraft Movie is indeed a comedic film, Malgosha is played mostly seriously, with almost everything about her and her crimes being played for horror rather than laughs, with her only comedic moment being her defeat.
- Despite having a tragic backstory as she was bullied by the piglings and even her father, and was led to believe that to create is to suffer, this doesn't justify or excuse her actions, because her primary motivation appears to be plundering the Overworld's riches, and even then she chooses to kill people who create in spite of them, as she believes, "suffering" while doing so.
- When Steve first enters the Nether, she sequestered him after the latter refused to give her the Orb of Dominance.
- She killed a baby piglin out of coldness just for showing her a drawing of their creativity, even mockingly saying "oops!" which is arguably her worst act.
- When talking with Steve, she killed a piglin just out of anger.
- She sent General Chungus and his army to launch a raid around the village and when he failed, she ordered The Great Hog to instantly to kill Chungus. What makes this even worse is that Chungus was her son, and she showed no sadness or remorse for his death.
- She sent out the Great Hog to capture The Misfits.
- She destroyed the bridge of the mansion while confronting Steve, Henry, and Garrett.
- She uses the Orb to superpower the Nether portal, blotting out the sun and declaring war on the Overworld.
- Shortly after her defeat, she attempted to kill Steve several times by asking him to come closer before trying to stab him with a hidden dagger each time, though it ultimately fails.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite being taken mostly seriously, especially during the third act, her defeat is a long gag that detracts from her villainy, as she tried to kill Steve twice by tricking him into coming to her with a dagger behind her back when she is at death's door, only for him to easily avoid it every time (he even falls for it but then avoids the stabbing when she tries to stab him with a dagger initially and deflects the dagger on the second attempt), and then finally tries to imitate Steve's "sneak attack" by throwing said dagger at him, stating it out loud upon doing so before collapsing.

- She’s the only villain from A Minecraft Movie to be Near Pure Evil.
- She's also the only official Minecraft Near Pure Evil to not originate from Minecraft: Story Mode.
- If she appears in a sequel, then her status may be affected though it is unclear whether she died or not.
